In spite of the fact that the website does not indicate this, this restaurant is closed. I wasted money purchasing a groupon, which could not be used.

Steak and eggs breakfast came with a large pot of coffee. Friendly service and good value. Worth eating here if you're in Circus Circus. Wouldn't go out of my way to return but would if I was staying at the hotel.

We were looking forward to dining at Vince Neils Tatuado Resto as they posted a Special, steak dinner with a bottle of wine for two. Upon arrival the place was empty (lunch time) and we were informed that new owners had taken over several days...prior and had taken that special off the menu along with the pancake special which was a great hit according to our server. Our server went to speak with the new manager to see if they would honor the steak special as we had seen it on their web site just prior to flying from Montreal to Vegas for our vacation (4 days prior). The manager flatly refused saying that it was no longer offered. Meanwhile another group of people arrived and were seated directly next to us although the place was empty and that they could of been seated further away. We were already seated so we decided to dine there anyways as options for dining in the circus circus casino are few and far between. They had a special fried chicken dinner for 12,99$ which i opted for. It was an enormous portion (half a chicken- 4 pieces) which is ok, but I would of prefered 1 piece for half the price, I could not eat but 1 piece. My boyfriend had a hamburger which he enjoyed and said that it was good. I feel that this new ownership may have to offer some sort of steak special as this is what draws clients in vegas, Most restos, whether offered on the menu or an off menu option will have these specials. The place was clean, no bathroom though, as you are in the casino so you have to leave outside the restaurant to go to the bathroom. Our server was amazing and efficient, we were served promptly and glasses refilled promptly. however, i would not return here.More

We decided to have lunch here right after getting married and were pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly and service was quick (there was 11 of us). My husband had a steak and I had a mushroom burger and everything was hot and great tasting!...The waitress even brought my husband and I a piece of cheese cake to share on the house! Made our day even that much more special!More

Snuck in here for a late lunch and the food was pretty good. The drinks were 'Las Vegas' and were plenty heavy, but well priced. Atmosphere and set up was nice - I imagine it would be a little wilder in the evening but was...very tame at 2pm. I'd eat here againMore

We went in for breakfast. My Eggs Benedict were delicious, I've never seen such fancy, poached eggs before. The potatoes were dry, the toast was rock hard and the pancakes were tough. Unfortunately these simple things that were overcooked or just sat out too long,...made for a memorable experience to not visit again.More

We ate here in the late afternoon so the place wasn't crowded. The food was surprisingly really good. My wife and I ordered the spicy chicken quesadilla and the cajun chicken sandwich and split them and it was honestly more food than we needed. We...also ordered two massive 48oz. frozen drinks that were loaded with alcohol. We only stopped in because we were walking by and were so glad we did. We will definitely drop in again next time we're in Vegas. The prices are kind of high but worth it.More

The food was decent, but the atmosphere was not. If you choose to go, make certain it isn't on a karaoke night. You don't expect to spend an evening in Vince Neil's place listening to 70+ year old couple take turns singing 50 and 60...year old tunes. Made waiting for the slow server to bring us our bill so we could leave painful.More

We had the $20 8 ounce steak special. I liked how well they cooked my steak and overall the food was good. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. I do think the sticks were a bit overpriced but at least they were...good. Service was good and we went around 7:30 pm on a Friday night and it wasn’t crowded. DJ and karaoke were starting as we finished dinner. I would go back.More

yes, it is kids friendly during the day for me. I wouldn't take my children there at night because then it's more of an adult crowd.
