Some locals & Trip Advisor website recommended this restaurant for Indian food and walked up to the place for lunch without any expectation. The exterior was ethnic, old & dull. We were greeted by a young Amritsar girl and an elderly Sardarji to a fairly big place. They serve only buffet lunch and on our enquiry for veg-food, we were... More

I had the lunch buffet here twice during a week long Vegas visit. No problem getting in. Pretty good selection of different dishes. High quality food and well prepared. Good, friendly service. Very reasonable prices. If I lived in the area I would be a regular here.

Worst service ever. The owner was so rude. He misbehaved to us because we did not want to eat buffet and just want to eat snacks. He yelled at us. I recommend my friends and relatives not to visit that indian restaurant.

The only thing I really liked about this place was it's easy accessibility from the Strip. Food was ok-ish, I've tasted better Indian food elsewhere. Rates were average as well. Service was outstanding!

Fresh Authentic Great tasting Excellent service Only reason I am not rating it a 5 is because the chicken curry came to table with peices of lamb in it 4 adults who are very picky and familiar with Indian food and all of us would return

In a city full of fast food and overpriced restaurants it was wonderful to sit in a restaurant with relaxing music, great food, attentive service and reasonably priced food. The entrance is not inviting but don't let that put you off, the food was great and 80% diners were Indian, always a good sign. There was a good selection on... More

All the days we spent in Vegas, we had dinner at this restaurant. The quality of a good Indian restaurant is measurable from the number of international guests who find the food acceptable. It was good to see a large number of non-Indians enjoying the various curries and naan breads. Spice levels moderate

Burgers, pizza, or spend a fortune in Vegas. Not so. Today we ate at the Tamba restaurant. The lunch buffet is $15 which is about the same price you'd pay for burgers or pizza with dessert. The buffet had a large choice of food, including several south indian dishes that I rarely see on a buffet. And it was not... More

Had a discount to the restaurant and went for lunch buffet. Excellent food and service. Seemed to be favorite of locals. Was quite and away from the bustle of the strip. Ate there twice

Tamba is a new style of indian restaurant. It is authentic yet innovative, with a menu that both honors and reinvents tradition. Elegant and comfortable, hip and accessible, tamba is home to a sumptuous decor awash in the hues of india's signature spices. We like to say that if bollywood had a rat pack, this is where they'd hang out. The restaurant has seating for 300. Private parties up to 75 can relax in the hip, vibrant lounge where sophistication meshes seamlessly with style.
