I have been here a couple of times before. It is clearly a very high-end restaurant, but I do wonder about the three stars. I've eaten at quite a few across America and Europe, and there are better ones. The Square in London, for example,...More

Frankly, I was a bit disappointed. I've eaten several times at L'Atelier in London, and have had excellent meals there, both sitting at the counter and at table. But our experience at the Vegas branch was not great. I don't mind informality, but I expect...More

Well worth the money to have this tasting of seasonal discovery. The staff here is phenomenal! We where sat at the bar overlooking the kitchen….Very interactive. This is a must if you are fine dining in Las Vegas. Every single one of the menu items...More

Wonderful service and decor, and exceptional food. Everything was so beautiful and delicious. Ideal for special occasions, although we were just out for a fun "girls-only" night. We didn't have time for a 3-4 hour dinner, having just made last minute reservations the night before....More

Joel Robuchon deserves being called the best restaurant in Las Vegas. We ordered the six-course dinner, and we enjoyed every dish presented. Service was excellent too. Overall, it was just a magical experience. Great value even with the high price.

We visited Joel Robuchon for our anniversary and it was one of the most memorable meals we have ever had. Flawless service, beautiful restaurant and amazing food. We were there for over three hours and enjoyed every minute of it. The coolest part was being...More

This was one of the dinners I was most looking forward to on my vacation, and I was very disappointed. Upon our arrival, I didn't feel welcomed at all, it almost felt like we were bothering the woman who showed us to our table. We...More

This restaurant is like dining at Tiffany's! Elegant, yummy and sexy. Food is highly unusual, be prepared for small plates, unrecognizable food. Wine list, French! Very expensive but worth the $$$. Take your time dining, you will not experience anything like it for some time.

If you want to.....a cocktail dress is great and a jacket for a man. In Las Vegas people are not too fancy so you can wear something kind of casual. I like to dress accordingly to the place.. You can never be "too elegant... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
