We ate at the more informal restaurant, called L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, which is at the same address as the more formal restaurant which is called Joel Robuchon. The confusion generated by these names is such that there is no separate Tripadvisor UK review for...More

We went here a year ago, and so often after a memorable meal, the second time dissappoints. Not so this time! The amuse bouche, which was an incredible concoction of foie gras, port reduction and parmesan foam, set the tone. What a great combination of...More

I forgive Mr. Robuchon for emptying my wallet because he and his staff deserve more. Every ten years or so, I've been to one of his restaurants. Each and every one of these visits has been a beautiful, soothing and refined experience. This time was...More

Early before dinner is a good time to drop in and ask to sit at the chef's table/bar. They have a 5-6 pm special priced tasting menu and you can add your dessert.

If you want to.....a cocktail dress is great and a jacket for a man. In Las Vegas people are not too fancy so you can wear something kind of casual. I like to dress accordingly to the place.. You can never be "too elegant... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
