My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here on a Sunday night, and while we didn't order the full 17 course degustation menu, we were still treated like royalty. Specifically, I ordered the amuse boche, 1 appetizer (Langoustine ravioli), entree (pork), and the sweets while...More

My wife and I have eaten at some great 3 Michelin star rated restaurants in the Bay Area and I’ve got to say that this experience was as good or better than any experience we had. I have nothing negative to say about the experience...More

Second time here and it does not disappoint. Words cannot describe the food. Attention to every detail is their hallmark and at times it resembles nothing less than an edible piece of art. Service is over the top--the staff appears out of no where to...More

If you have the opportunity & means to dine at Joel Robuchon’s restaurants in MGM, please do. This meal was a delicious experience with multiple chosen courses, a few surprises, & some of the most divinely delicious flavors my palate has ever experienced. We spent...More

I have been lucky enough to dine in a handful of fine dining restaurants around the world and Joel Robuchon is no exception. I made the reservation around 2 months prior to our trip. I was expecting a steep bill no doubt, but I feel...More

I hv been to the one in Bordeaux I enjoyed so much which unfortunately had been closed now, and this time my friend and I decided to the one in Vegas. Restaurant required formal dress code, we did “dressed up” and treated this as part...More

We popped in hoping to snag a table after checking into our hotel. The host graciously helped us out. I couldn’t have imagined the attention to detail and precise execution from a restaurant inside a hotel (even in Vegas). We went with a dinner smaller...More

We’ve been wanting to try Joel Robuchon for years. We visit Vegas quite regularly, but every time we would just walk by, not quite ready to commit to paying the price tag that comes with dining at this restaurant. We were most worried that the...More

I have eaten in many aesthetically pleasing, delicious, quality service restaurants around the world, and this could be considered one of those for the atmosphere and food. However, something was lacking; the service. Right from the start, our main waiter had a very arrogant disposition....More

It is the only Las Vegas restaurant to receive three Michelin stars. We sat at the counter and watched our dinner being prepared. The steak tartar was superb. . Desserts are to-die-for the green chartreuse soufflé with pistachio ice cream is must.

It doesn't really matter what you get here, it will be amazing! I suggest the full Joel Robuschon experience if you can afford it. We have been to the L'Atelier in Vegas and Paris but Joel Robuschon's next door is a better... More

There is absolutely a dress code. They require at least business casual but it is not unusual to see people in cocktail or formal wear. A dinner jacket for men IS REQUIRED. They will give you one to wear if you don't have... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
