We've been dining here for over 15 years and the quality of food, service and attention to detail never waivers. We feel fortunate to be able to splurge at such a fantastic restaurant. Five courses is $250 per person, but we always seem to upgrade...More

This is one of the fanciest restaurants that I have ever been to. It is quite ostentatious, but the food is really good. Everything is so rich an decadent. The servers are very professional and cater to your every need. The bread they serve is...More

There aren’t enough words to describe the bread service and delicious sweet treats to conclude each meal. Can’t getcenough of “Mr Robuchon’s mashed potatoes”!!!! I'm a foodie. I am willing to pay well for the best. While this food was certainly "pretty" in it's presentation, the delight of the palate is simply NOT THERE. Tastes were monotonal and flat. Too bad. And at $1,200 for two people who don't...More

We had the tasting menu and each course was memorable and delicious. Among the favorites were "La Laitue" and La Langoustine. I am not usually someone who enjoys red meat but the Waygu beef is a definite must try. This is certainly the most expensive...More

If this review were strictly for the restaurant it would be hands down five stars, despite the extremely high prices, because the food and service were both impeccable. However, as my husband and I are wont to do, we began our experience in the bar...More

It doesn't really matter what you get here, it will be amazing! I suggest the full Joel Robuschon experience if you can afford it. We have been to the L'Atelier in Vegas and Paris but Joel Robuschon's next door is a better... More

There is absolutely a dress code. They require at least business casual but it is not unusual to see people in cocktail or formal wear. A dinner jacket for men IS REQUIRED. They will give you one to wear if you don't have... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
