I had dinner at The Noodle Shop in Mandalay Bay while in Las Vegas. I have eaten at this restaurant a couple times about a year ago. The food itself has always been just average. But I was surprised tonight how awful the service has become. They rush you--not only when you order but also when they bring your dishes.... More

Restaurant is located in Mandalay Bay. Went for lunch and it was not too busy. Had the shrimp and pork wonton soup with noodles and it was very good. Large portion for a good price. Service was outstanding.

Went with a friend for dinner. She raved about the shrimp pad thai. I wanted sweet & sour chicken. It was ok. Had to request additional sweet & sour sauce. Lots of chicken, but I've had better. Waiter never delivered the appetizer we ordered - apparently forgot about it and there were only 3 other parties in the restaurant. It... More

We stopped for lunch and I had the best Hot & Sour Soup and Mongolian Beef I have ever had. The portions were large and the prices fair. Service was fast and friendly.

If you like noodles you will be satisfied with a variety ranging from soup to Chinese to Thai to Dim Sum. Big portions help justify the high prices. Nice authentic Asian cuisine. Mediocre ambiance.

Honestly, the food just wasn't good, especially when you factor in the price. The wait staff took a long time to provide service, despite the restaurant being empty at lunch. I was looking for something spicy, and went with the waiter's recommendation. It was a noodle dish with pork and shrimp. The shrimp were TINY... Literally the size of popcorn... More

We had a light dinner of the dim sum and wor won ton soup. The dim sum special for two comes with four items including a steamed pork bun, shrimp shu mai, pork har gow, and a chive dumpling. All were tasty, and a good portion. Two for dinner or three to four can share as an appetizer. the soup... More

An unpretentious Chinese restaurant at the Strip. Although is very well located at Mandalay Bay (very close to the casino), I found it very calm and not crowded. If you like chineses food you wont be disappointed.

There must be hundreds of Chinese/Asian restaurants in Las Vegas. I have been to lots of them, many with good food at reasonable prices. But I don't know how this one stays in business. We had chicken chow mein. The chicken was tough and stringy and the noodles were dripping in oil. Also, priced through the ceiling. If you order... More

Lots of options at this noodle shop, including rice! Everything we ordered was fresh with crisp veggies. Service was friendly and fast!
