I must admit, I love the look of the Mandalay Bay, with its lush tropical foliage... you feel like you're in Myanmar during the 1920s. The Raffles Cafe is always a sure spot to go to after you're clubbing or waking up late from a night partying. The decor is asian forest and the views of palm trees can't be... More

This is the sort of place where they make you queue so that a disinterested minion can escort you to a table in a half empty room before ever so slowly walking back to the clueless front of house - and so it goes on ..... If you can find an alternative - please do. We could not and to... More

The food was good but it was a bit pricey for what you got. The service was great. Good selection of food. We went for breakfast.

It is called Seabreeze now. The menu and anything that was Raffles is no longer available. There was a long wait on Saturday for breakfast, so no review, but the menu is way different than Raffles.

Lunch specials are good value. Service was extremely slow. Food was average but nothing to write home about.

Five of us stopped by for a long breakfast. The food was good, the service was great and the atmosphere was good for a breakfast meeting. Would not hesitate to go again!

The breakfast are generally good from this trip and past visits. However, I have to say their attempt at lunch is quite bad. It's quite close to the central bank of elevators so easy if you're in a hurry but don't expect to be impressed by the offer let alone the service & food. I had to send my order... More

Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed great service by Shannon and a very nice Eggs Benedict. Ordered a Latte, which was not great. Had a short wait, which could have been communicated better.

We stay at Mandalay Bay a lot and love the hotel and every restaurant there except Raffles. It is a coffee shop restaurant with the slowest service to order and bring your food. The menu and food is Denny's quality but not Denny's prices. Also the hours are not optimal for Vegas 7 am-2:30 pm. We stopped eating there and... More

What do you get at raffles? Vegas prices Dennie's quality. I mean the food was ok but the prices were the same at the Wynn service was poor also. The jelly comes in plastic tubs! It's very pretty and you get a nice view but for the price I expect more. There are much better breakfast places nearby
