Bobby Flay's restaurnat in Caesar's was awesome. The waiter recommended the signature shrimp appetizer - which really was delicious. Had the veal chop with the tamale and really enjoyed it.

Went to Mesa Grill on a Sunday for brunch. I tried their salmon entree and it was really disappointing. The food was not at all flavorful and the portions were so small. Really overpriced. The only thing that stood out was the house chips and cheese dip. There are more options on the strip.

Another must stop on all my trips to Vegas! The private room was great for our large group, our servers were on top of us and very kind as we lingered behind probably a little longer than they had hoped. The appetizers were mind blowing including the lobster taco!!!! But the Salmon dish was to die for ... another bottle... More

We ate at Mesa Grill 6 years ago. I was trying to remember what we ordered last time because I remember liking it soooo much. It was the shrimp and corn tamale appetizer. OMG Yum. It was so delicious! We all enjoyed our entrees - I ordered the special which was scallops. I couldn't have gotten a better meal.

16 spice chicken sounded good and was recommended, but it was overcooked and pretty ordinary. All other team members raved about everything else, but given Bobby Flay's level of expectations, this one gets a "meh" from me. Pretty pricey, too. Many better choices in Vegas.

I booked a table, but since there was room at the bar I didn't want to block a table they could fill. The bartender was super friendly, and made honest recommendations (even saying which items he'd recommend I stay clear of). I started with the tiger shrimp tamale, then had the green peppercorn tuna. Both were terrific! Beautiful playing, and... More

Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill is fun and energetic offering fantastic flavorful dishes, steaks and some more uncommon items such as rabbit. The service is terrific and so are the dangerously delicious margaritas. Yes the prices are at the typical casino-premium but you could do a lot worse at Ceasars... well recommended!

If you're looking for something different from your usual steak, Mesa Grill's selection of southwestern cuisine is hard to beat. Visited Nov 2016 for dinner with my wife; as it was the Monday before Thanksgiving, it was easy to get a table. Server Sheldon and team deserve kudos for their outstanding service in perfectly timing the appetizers and entrees and... More

Amazing southwestern cuisine restaurant. The staff and sommelier were very friendly, attentive and service was great. We had the Veal Chop and Lamb Chops and my goodness were they delicious. The meat was tender and full of flavors that didn't overpower the meal. They come with a small tamale of corn and the sides are portioned to share by two.... More
