We stopped in here this evening for my mothers birthday. The staff was friendly unfortunately none of us were overly impressed with the food. It was okay but for well over a hundred I expect a little more for my money. The salad bar was great! Should have just had that. Also the baked potato was very good. The prime... More

Went there last night, it wasn't bad. We all got the special prime rib before 6pm for our dinner. It was very fatty. More fatty than most. The taste was good, but it was very very thin and sooo super fatty. I'd next time pay the $10 extra and get the regular prime rib. We had two of the 4... More

A little more than you'd expect in this hotel but very good. I can think of lots of other places that would have the overall experience if I were to eat at a place like this.

My expectations were low after a poor experience at another casino steakhouse down the road. This place was great! The hostess was great, as was all the wait-staff. The oysters were fresh/perfect (popped in my mouth!) and the filet mignon was perfectly prepared. The waiter even made a great wine-pairing recommendation that pulled the whole thing together. Will be back... More

I visited with a friend t just after 9pm and we both had the Early Bird & Late Night Special at The Broiler. The specials include as much soup and salad as you want from the excellent salad bar with lots of choice. We both had the prime rib, which was the best that I have had in Vegas. I... More

We had a large group and Kenny, Jude, Kathy and Aurora did a great job. Wine list is okay. Food was very good and I mean every item. It is also priced correct. Ask about early bird specials. This has always been a hidden gem. Oh, and it has a great salad bar. Something not heard of anymore....and it comes... More

First, let me begin with the salad bar (which is included in the meal). The salad bar was amazing. An incredible variety and they had this shrimp in a white sauce that was delicious. I ordered the petite filet mignon. The cut of meat was larger than any other petite filet mignon that I have eaten in other restaurants. The... More

The Early Bird & Late Night Specials at The Broiler (5 choices, from $12.99 to $14.99 - might require a member of your party to be a "Boarding Pass" player's card holder - I am not certain) are not to be missed. The specials include soup and expansive salad bar. Three of the four in our party had the prime... More

I am fortunate to dine in many wonderful restaurants in my business travels. I go out of my way to visit The Broiler and request Jude as my server, and I did no Monday night. Jude greeted me with a big smile and a genuine "I'm glad to see you again, Al!" The menu is great old-school steakhouse fare, as... More
