I ordered using a delivery service that offered a small discount for installing their app. When the delivery came I was asked to sign a receipt for a higher amount. When I went to right in the correct amount on the receipt the delivery man...called his boss and I was made to wait over 17 minutes while a debate took place. Needless to say, the egg rolls were very soggy and the general chicken was mediocre at best. To be sure, it was soggy, but beyond that it was just bad food. The chow mein that I ordered had very few vegetables and was mostly gross noodles that had beef pieces as tough as old moccasins. It smelled and tasted old and musty. The Taste was off in a very bad way. It will never again order from this restaurant. The delivery man was talking really loud in his language on the phone on my porch and I'm sure the neighbors heard. The embarrassment was enough to kill our appetites, but the front porch debacle removed all doubt.More

I grew up in the area, but moved away & was visiting from Alaska. We went for Capriotti's but they were closed, so we tried Golden China, and OMG it was soooo good! Maybe it's because good Chinese food is hard to get in Alaska,...especially for a good price, but this food was really, really good!! We ended up getting take out a few times from here during our visit. When we first walked in, some of the cooks were on break and were eating when we walked in. When the workers eat the food in the same place the work at, you know it's going to be good- and it was! My husband came back with take out one time with some amazing mango slushie type drink that I would definitely recommend too!More

Broccoli. You know it`s good when they are recommending it! The chef is a wizard. Awesome food, super fresh and great value which is always a head start. Singapore noodles 9/10. Check them out.

went there a week or so ago. Got two meals for $14 for lunch. You go up to the counter to order then go sit and they bring it to you. Small place. The combination fried rice was good. As was the beef broccoli.

I was hoping for my first "off the strip" Chinese food experience would be better than this but I was greatly disappointed. Thr rangoons and egg rolls were soggy and bland and the hot garlic Szechuan shrimp was odd. I asked for medium spicy and...they added jalapeños to the dish which made the flavor strange. The shrimp were large and there were plenty of them so that was a nice surprise. Also, this meal was for delivery to the hotel I was staying in and there were no utensils included. I would assume that they would know to include plasticware for people staying in hotels. Had to improvise which made it messier than it should have been.More

I went to Golden China for a large take out order. The food was well prepared and the staff was pleasant. I did have a concern or two about the cleanliness of the restaurant. Would I return to Golden China? Probably not---there are other excellent...Chinese restaurants in SE Las Vegas---along with those down the road in Chinatown (Spring Mountain Road).More

First time here... came because of the excellent reviews. Yes... the food is very good. But, I cannot say good things about everything else. This place is a take-out or delivery. Their dining facilities are terrible. Stand in line to order... sit down for delivery...to your table. I guess that would be okay. But, the food is served on paper plates, and you have to ask for napkins and plastic "silverware". This place needs servers and real plates and utensils.More
