Visited this place on May 7, 2021. Made a reservation at 8pm and were sat right away. Ambience is very nice and puts you right in the older Italian vibe. Everything is “family style” so be warned if you are going as a couple to...eat you will have lots of left overs. This place is definitely better for large groups or at least 4-5 people at the table. Get the garlic cheese bread for an appetizer it is amazing. Best I have ever had at any Italian restaurant. It is (9) pieces so there is plenty. We also got the shrimp Scampi and that was great. It’s only (12) shrimp so not too much for two people to share. Wish it came with some noodles as well but you have to order that separate. We also go their Lasagna and it too was very good but just way too much for two people to eat. We had to much leftover and didn’t want to take it back to the hotel as their was no room for it in the fridge or to reheat it. Pricing for the food is what you would expect in Vegas but not overpriced. We would come back here and bring some friends to make sure we eat everything! Good place to visit!More

Carmines is the opposite of expensive restaurants that have "small Plates" Carmines has HUGE plates. An entrée of pasta would feed 3-4 persons. The problem is Chicken, steak or seafood is a la carte and $12.50 pasta is way too much food. If one desires...to have a vegetable $18 is expensive The location off the Caesars Forum is nice. Atmosphere and service are very good.More

Great food, yet limited menu due to Covid. Servings were plenty enough for 5 people. Hostess was delightful upon entering.

I simply had to share what a nice time we had at Carmine's on Saturday. From the warm greeting from the hostesses to the great service and food, my group had a lovely evening. Our waiter Sam was very friendly and kind. He was our...guide through the menu and helped us feel like we were at home. He was very patient with my indecisive group! Everything we tried was delicious. Next time my family comes to Vegas, we are definitely heading to Carmine's.More

Carmines has always been a descent place to eat in Mid town , upper Manhattan And Atlantic City. We were in Vegas for a couple of weeks celebrating our our anniversary, So We made a reservation at Carmines thinking it was like NYC.and Jersey. What...a mistake ,the waiter was a rude person named Minh. He Never brought our table bread, and when asked for he stated Carmines does not offer bread even in NYC. He finally brought it out ,ice cold old bread that was from the Fridge without butter or oil.. He never gave us spoons for pasta, no small seafood forks for lobster, no Romano cheese and no black pepper, until asked for. I complained to manger: who seemed to not care .but gave us twenty percent off on biil, The experience was horrible and ruined our special vacation. I told the manger I did not need no percent off on bill it was an insult. We were looking for him to correct the problem. The waiter came back at near the end of meal and tried taking my wifes plate before she was even finished. We will never go to another Carmines and will tell our family and friends about this experience. This was the first time a tip was not deserved at a Carmines we tip at least 20 to 25 percent since covid. Having been in the restaurant business 30 plus years we understand the business well.More

This meal was incredible! we loved everything we got. We got Caesar salad, garlic bread parmigiana, and calamari for appetizers and for the meals, we got the Chicken Scallopine and the pasta that had the seafood and lobster. I can't remember the name of the...last one, but the 3 apps and 2 meals fed 6 adults and we honestly probably would have been just fine with just the appetizers! It is a little pricey, but when you can feed several with one plate and it is so delicious, it is definitely worth it. I can't wait to eat there again!More

Was in Vegas for Easter and had the must stop visit at Carmines. As usual I was not disappointed. So much food to eat. Everything was good. Simply the best meatballs.

I was in Vegas with my brotherinlaw, sisterinlaw, and husband, and we decided to eat at Carmine's for the first time. The restaurant is family style, and the waiter recommended 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes. The garlic bread was $19 and was about 10...very large pieces. We order spaghetti with meat balls and pasta with vodka sauce, which tasted good. However, the serving sizes were way too big for 4 people. We could have skipped the garlic bread as they provide bread, and we only needed one main dish. We are large eaters and still could have only had 1 main dish- a great deal of food was wasted. I do not feel that we were properly advised on the sizes. The waiter continuously tried to upsale us. I do not recommend this place for a family of 4 unless you have one main dish.More

Yes! During Happy Hour sit in the bar area for half portions. The bar menu may be limited.
