Here's the tip: Make reservations early and request a table by the fountain windows. It's a great show from that perspective. We found the service was superb as well as the meal. The only tick off the rating was the drinks. Tasted like a new...More

We dined at the restaurant on Friday 15th Feb for my husbands 40th Birthday. I had read some reviews saying it was overpriced, it isn’t cheap but you get what you pay for and the meal and the restaurant were stunning. It’s a special place...More

Food was excellent but the service from the hostess to the waiters all seemed too serious and not a friendly atmosphere. Waited too long for our table with a reservation and waited too long for our food to arrive. Not worth another visit. All 4...More

Great dining experience. Service was flawless and the food amazing. My wife had a Black Truffle crusted Salmon. The best salmon we've ever tasted. Steak cooked to perfection and the wine list was extensive and relatively reasonable. Our new "must go" restaurant in Vegas.

We did his eponymous Jean George at Aria the night before and wanted to compare. Both were sublime with steaks cooked to perfection and side dishes creatively presented and perfectly cooked. However the grand luxe of Prime tipped the balance for me. The service was...More

Overall, the food at Prime was excellent. The prices are very high as you would expect, but it does come with a very impressive service staff. I was disappointed by their bourbon selection and overall cocktail quality. A couple of suggestions: -Tuna Tartare -Cesar Salad...More

We were given a surprise desert and when I had inquired on the appropriate birthday table we were moved to a window with a great fountain view. I would remind them of the occasion for your visit
