We had dinner at Bouchon on a Thursday night, not crowded. We were seated early. Staff was very welcoming and service through out our dinner was excellent. We started our dinner with the petit seafood tower. Good oysters, clams, shrimp, and lobster, accompanied by four different sauces. We followed this with the seared Foie gras, this was outstanding with endive... More

We were in Vegas with a big group. We had breakfast / brunch at Wynn day before which it was not good and got very disappointed. So I decided to invite everyone to Bouchon Resturant for breakfast. Great services and professional attitude for what they do. They set a very nice table for us (10 people) and later we add... More

I visited Bouchon on Saturday September 10th. Ernesto was our server and he immediately impressed us with a drink recommendation for my 16 year old daughter who had ordered her typical Shirley Temple, instead she tried a Temperance and loved it. The pacing of the food between courses was perfect. Ernesto chose the 3 cheeses I had for the cheese... More

If you are looking for a classy restaurant removed from the noise and craziness of Vegas scene, this is the best place. I was very excited to dine here as I am a fan of Thomas Keller. I had fresh, delicious oysters and clams, delicious salad of endives, Roquefort and walnuts and a steak Frits. All was exceptionally good, my... More

Quite expensive for very simple, yet not really creative French cuisine... It's good, but should be half the price for such basic ingredients... probably very difficult to find in Vegas?? Attendance to be seated is SO POOR... even with an empty restaurant it's impossible to get a table 5 min before your booked time... even though you can contemplate for... More

I waited a long time to experience Bouchon. I have been a fan of Thomas Keller for years. His cookbooks and recipes are outstanding. Unfortunately that was not my experience at Bouchon. My meal was artfully presented, tuna with and artful fried topping. The tuna was done the way I requested but there was a lot going on on the... More

Great spot for breakfast. Great service, great location, and great food. Loved the french toast. It was delicious! The one thing I did not like were that the seats were very close to each other, but also understandable.

I've been to Bouchon Napa Valley and now twice to Bouchon Las Vegas. I absolutely love this restaurant. There are so many options you just can't go wrong. The escargot is never a bad idea here and the steak tartare is a must try. I absolutely love these items and if you've never had them but have always wanted to... More

My husband and I travel to Las Vegas at least once a year and we always eat at Bouchon. Expect well-executed French bistro standards (trout almondine, steak frites, croque madame). We have eaten at both the French Laundry and Ad Hoc in Napa, but prefer Bouchon to either of these.

You won't be disappointment. We went for a late breakfast, 10am, the place was packed. We only waited 10 minutes and then we were seated. What a beautiful place. The food and service was excellent. We ordered the breakfast Americain (breadsticks plus a pastry was provided before the main meal arrived), salmon Benedict, and oatmeal. FANTASTIC! Total breakfast was pricy,... More
