I love this place. It has great coffee (drip coffee is my choice - nothing fancy) and the baked goods and condiments are lovely. The eggs can be simple, or fancy. Both ways are good. And the environment...we couldn' decide if we were in Morocco or in New Orleans. It has a breezy tropical vibe and is colorful and tastefully... More

This Bouchon is quite casual and located just inside the Venetian. Food is good but not excellent as I expected. The trout is delicious

I took my family for breakfast and we were seated at the windows overlooking the garden courtyard. The service and meal were lovely. The restaurant is a little hidden away - but that made the experience even better. I will definitely be back.

I've now been to two different Bouchon restaurants, and while this one is very good it is not quite up to the standard of the original. At Bouchon, you can expect top notch versions of classic French bistro fare. Having been in France a few weeks prior, all comparisons were fresh in my mind. This is not a place to... More

Steak tartare was a special tonight, I would highly recommend it. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and helpful with the wine selections.

Bouchon handles lots of people, especially if conventions are in town (which is always). It is casual French, with emphasis on loud. Don't let that turn you off; just know what to expect. Quality is great. Seared foie gras very good; duck confit lovely crispy skin. I saw lots of folks getting the steak and fries, but I didn't try... More

Had dinner here on Thanksgiving and it was the worst meal I have had in years. We went for the Thanksgiving menu and all you could taste was salt and more salt, the starter of pork belly was covered in an onion style jam which overpowered the pork and it was greasy, the Turkey left a lot to be desired,... Simply the best place to have a lovely, lingering breakfast! The point of this restaurant is strong coffee, wonderful mimosas, out of this world pastries combined with service. Our server, Kelly, was great. She was friendly and well informed. Hugo was there to fill our water and coffee almost as if he was telepathic! The foie gras is excellent. We... More

Bouchon has been on my restaurant wish list for quite some time. Was so excited to go for Sunday brunch. I ordered French toast and my husband ordered the classic roasted chicken and bacon waffles; my French toast was very disappointing. It was dry and honestly better made at home. The roasted chicken and waffles were fantastic. Chicken was perfectly... More

We had a great dinner here. Like most restaurants in hotels, it was a bit expensive, but we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
