Let's not mince words: the negative reviews are surely handed down by people who expect a 500-item standard Las Vegas buffet, except with real champagne and Maine lobster. That isn't Sterling Brunch. I've been coming here for eight years. I was eating here before their renovation. I eat here at least six times a year. This isn't just the best... More

This was our first visit to the Sterling and I have to say it was delicious. We enjoyed endless glasses of champagne and ate wonderful food. The lobster was so good as was the lobster benedict. We had an amazing server who seemed to be there each time we took a sip and made sure our glass was filled. This... More

The Sterling Buffet is definitely something you have to do once. But I strongly feel like once is enough. To get in, you pay about $99/person. You get access to all you can eat Lobster tails, caviar, champagne, bloody mary’s, oysters, shrimp, and crab. You can also order lobster benedict from the kitchen and it’s included in the meal price.... More

I have been to many of the Las Vegas buffets, including Caesars Palace, Bellagio, Paris, The M (I mention those, because many consider those to be favorites) and many more. But the Sterling Brunch Buffet is far better. The quality is excellent. At $95 plus tax and tip, it is a bit pricey, but well worth trying. Everything that I... More

The last time I went here was in late 2013. It was before the remodel and revamp. I thought it was okay at best, not seeing what all the fuss was about. That was then, this is now. I went here mostly because my fiancée loves seafood, more specifically, lobster and crab. So while she was already drooling over the... More

We have been enjoying the Sterling Brunch for over 20 years and was sad when they were bought out by a chain steak house. We wrote many letters in support to keep the brunch going. The remodel was a shame from the old Vegas look of before. We know some people like change and we accepted the new look. The... More

There are well over a hundred places for weekend brunch in Las Vegas and for my money Sterling is the very best. Just try it. You won't be disappointed.
