Really wonderful menu, wines, and staff. For a Michelin rated restaurant, with enough art work to be considered a museum, they are still warm and cozy, and not pretentious or stuffy. Our server Jorge went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every aspect...of our meal. We ate indoors which we loved. I was thinking about trying to ask for a table on the patio to be near the Bellagio fountains - but be aware of the weather!! We visited mid-October and at 7:00pm it was still 80 degrees outside ... plus the humidity in the air from the fountain. Better to sit inside, and then step out after finishing to enjoy the show up close and grab a photo (Or better, before your meal - we were stuffed by the time we left!!) We both did the Degustation Menu + Regular Wine Pairings and one add on experience (Iberico Jamon ... must try if you never have!). Our total came out to about $530 - before the tip. In the US 18-20% tip is customary, so dont forget to factor that in to your total cost before heading out. Compared to some of the price points for other fine dining experiences in Vegas, I think this is appropriately priced for the experience.More

Excellent meal as usual at Picasso. At bit pricey but worth the cost. Great location as well in Bellagio, and nice, charming atmosphere. Oysters are excellent, and the lobster as well. Highly recommend.

Picasso is a restaurant that rides the coat tails of its past successes. While an outside table with a view of the fountains at Bellagio is a truly wonderful (albeit a warm, humid and loud one), it’s not enough to justify the wholly pedestrian food...you will enjoy at a price many times it’s worth. My wife and I wrestled to say best how to describe the food - then we found it. The food here at every course is like something you would expect to be catered at your cousin’s wedding. And that’s it. Add to it poor execution with no special flavors, undercooked dishes after overcooked ones, often greasy flavors, and the lack luster “we made 1000 portions of this” feel of it all, it makes it so that there’s simply no good reason to eat at Picasso with so many other great options in Vegas. Staff are sufficient but surely neither warm nor attentive and you can definitely feel that your presence is but a business arrangement. Pass on Picasso.More

1st the restaurant is beautiful inside. You are transported away from the strip. The Bellagio fountain is outside the doors/windows. So nice. We got the price fix menu. Incredible Delicious food. The wait staff was perfect, friendly and attentive. This was a great dining experience...for us. We will be back.More

Celebrated wife’s birthday and was great! We had a table on the patio and incredible view of the Bellagio fountain shows. The service was great. The wine list was large with excellent wines. Food experience was exceptional though the menu is limited to a couple...of preset menus.More

The service was perfect, so was our window table, and the food was very, very good. Yet, we expected more from a Michelin restaurant that many consider the best in LV. There were no "this was one of the best dishes I have eaten" moments....My better half had the full tasting menu and I had the fixed price menu with an extra dish, and we both had the wine pairings. Total cost, including tip, was $600. The wine pairing was immaculate - kudos to the sommelier. The best dish I tried was the creme of chestnut with duck soup. My wife's foie gras "steak" was also exceptional. Everything else was just really good, which is nice, but not quite enough relative to price and hype. Again, the service was fabulous.More

First off the setting on the lake with the Bellagio fountains out the window is awesome. There are also tables outside if the weather was appropriate. It was a bit chilly so inside was our plan. The dining room is stunning. World class with many...Picasso paintings throughout. I love the one above the bar. Service was exceptional this evening. Very helpful with selections, professional and friendly. Two pre-fixe menu options with one having 3/4 choices per course. I started with the quail salad which was fantastic. They separated the quail which made it very easy to eat. For the second course I had Ora King Salmon which is sourced from New Zealand....very flavorful and expertly prepared. This salmon is renowned as the best tasting and organically farmed king salmon in the world. Most farm raised salmon is Atlantic. For my main I had the veal chop. Quite tasty and delicious. My wife and I shared the main and she had pigeon which was actually better in my opinion. She preferred the veal. A pistachio soufflé to finish off a wonderful evening!More

The menu degustation was wonderfully curated and executed. The highlight was the perfectly prepared scallop appetizer and amazingly tender and flavorful lamb. The restaurant has an amazing view overlooking the fountains. Unfortunately we were placed in a table by the back. Make sure you book...early! The only other negative for that night was that they had a big 10 table party that night in the dining room as well. That made things really loud and soon everyone was screaming over each other to be able to carry on their dinner conversations.More

it took us 2.5 hours but it was a pretty slow night (it was Monday after CES) so they were pretty efficient. I would guess that it takes longer during busy nights
