Food: 4/5 - Service: 5/5
We were visiting friends who live in Las Vegas, and they took us to this restaurant because it is one of their favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. My wife and I love Mexican food, so we were very eager to try it. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the food was great. I also really liked the ambience inside. Honestly, it kind of felt a little more like a fun Disneyland restaurant as opposed to an authentic Mexican restaurant, but I liked it. Several different eating areas with very cute decor. First, let’s start with the chips and salsa. Our server brought crispy, salty chips, and an assortment of two salsas with two refried bean dips. They were delicious. Our group fave was the green salsa. We mentioned to the server that we like spicy, and he brought us two more salsas (the arbol and hananero). They were tasty and very hot, but we still preferred the green. My friend got the quesabirria tacos, and let me try one of them. It was delicious. I went with my standard chicken taco and cheese enchilada combo with rice and beans. The taco was excellent, and the enchilada was quite good. I very much enjoyed the green sauce on it. The rice and beans were good, but I’ve had better. My wife got the Jalisco Plate with the Shrimp Chile Chipotle Con Crema. She loved it. The cream sauce was delicious. My wife really enjoyed her spicy jaleneno
margarita, and the house made tortillas were excellent.
If you’re in the area, and want a great Mexican food meal at a great price, definitely check this place out.

Juan’s was recommended to us by a friend and was found to be quite popular as we tried to get a 6:30 reservation for a party of eight & we were told it would only be possible after 8pm.
We decided to just show up & wait for a table and did wait for a bit over an hour…but we discovered the wait was well worth it.
Our server (Jesse) was quite personable and very efficient and her assistant Josh was very attentive to our needs.
The corn chips brought to the table to begin the meal were light, very crisp and served warm w/a bean dip, green and red salsa…all of which were very flavorful and had good spice.
I ordered the steak/chicken fajitas w/extra onions and my wife a chicken burrito. The meals came and my fajitas were flamed at the table…quite a sight (and good video) and my wife’s burrito was absolutely the largest single burrito I have ever seen!
Both meals were excellent and had very good flavor.

since it is in the name we just went with the theme and so glad that we did! Unbelievably delicious and the way they serve it the vegetables and meat continue to a nice char that no other place can imitate. Can't wait to return on our next visit. Service was perfect.

The food here is great. We stopped four times over 2 weeks. Signature is the flaming fajitas which they light at your table. We’ve ordered the fajitas, chili rellenos, and burritos and enjoyed all. They also let you substitute steamed vegetables for the standard beans & rice but I’ve yet to finish them, concentrating on the ample main meals. Most dishes include a small soup. The chips are served with salsa, cheese and bean dip. Service outstanding

We visit vegas annually. Juan's is a must! Has never disappointed in the 7+ years we've been there. Fantastic food, especially the fajitas, house margaritas and extras. Server Callie was outstanding and food was served and removed with precision timing.

So many times have I hear about this restaurant and finally, I made my way out to this side of town to have some lunch & drinks with my fave coworkers.
I called ahead and talked with a very friendly voice to make my reservation for a party of 9 - 10 ppl for 1pm.
I was told they’ve received many reservation and will do their best to accommodate, and they did!
All my coworkers arrived and had started to order their drinks. The margarita flights were popular on our table.
Chips and salsa were on our table as well as an order of ceviche & grilled peppers & onions.
Everyone was having a good time.
Shortly after, our food arrived. Some ordered the different fajitas, shrimp quesadillas, enchiladas & of course more drinks!
My chicken fajitas were so amazing. The chicken was juicy and the peppers weren’t over cooked.
Everyone all around enjoyed the food they ordered.
I left the table for a minute and came back to a plate of cheesecake chimichangas! So good! It was creamy cheesecake with strawberry with a crispy cinnamon-sugar pastry on the outside. A perfect ending to a fun food journey with friends.
Thank you Gustavo for being an awesome waiter! Very attentive and made sure we all got what we needed.
I hope you find yourself here and have a great experience as my friends and I had.
Njoy!

A business associate has recommended this Las Vegas restaurant on multiple occasions. We were told this was a must “go to” for the best Mexican food in Las Vegas.
Located about 15-20 minutes off Las Vegas Blvd, we made time to drive out for lunch. First impression was “nothing special, a local strip mall” place to eat. The Summerlin location was behind In n Out Burger and parking was difficult to find.
Inside, the ambiance again, looked like every other strip mall Mexican restaurant. Excited to try the best margarita and Mexican food in Las Vegas, both fell short of expectations.
My wife had Fajitas which were not very tasty, however the price was very reasonable. I ordered the Taquito special. It was a cross between a Taquito and Quesadilla. Very greasy and not very appealing.
I wouldn’t tell our friends, but I will tell you, don’t expect much. Too many other options, especially if you are looking for high end Mexican food.

Consistently the best restaurant experience I have had in Las Vegas, or any where else. With multiple business trips to the city and now ‘snowbirding’ for a few months each winter Juan’s is a frequent and favorite meal spot. While the Tropicana location is our favorite, mainly because it is a bit quieter and better for conversation at the table, both locations provide great menu choices, prompt, efficient, friendly service, reasonable prices and easy, plentiful parking. Highly recommend!!!

Visiting family and they said we just had to try this place. We weren’t sorry. The fajitas were truly amazing. Our party had steak, shrimp, and chicken and we were all happy. Lots of chips and beans and different salsas before the meal, along with a plate of grilled onions and jalapeños. Drinks were good. A few of us had the $4 lunch margaritas and they were decent. Some of us had upgraded drinks and were very happy with them. Prices were comparable for lunch Mexican food.
Side note: this is a popular place. Even in a weekday, there might be a wait but they do offer reservations so you may want to call ahead.
Side note 2: we had a birthday in our party and they sang to him and gave him a plate of dessert churros which we shared. The staff was amazing all around. Kudos to Alfredo who even took the bottled water we brought in and put in in their freezer while we were eating. Wow!

My wife, our great friends, Steve and Lisa visited this restaurant on August 9th when we were in Las Vegas for the Magic Market Conventio. Steve found heard of this place and so we decided to try it out.
This place is amazing! Hands down the best Mexican food we ever had! It rivaled every other place we ate dinner at the whole week we were visiting Las Vegas.
The fajitas were packed full of flavor and the table side homemade guacamole was delicious! The salsa and chips they served was just as good.
Our server, Daisy, was incredible and her customer service was impeccable! In fact out of all the places we ate at during our 10 day vacation whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, Daisy provided us with the best customer we experienced the whole trip.
She deserves a significant pay raise for making this business be known for as a place of great hospitality and customer service.
Next time we are in Las Vegas, we will definitely be eating here again!

Worth a detour. Went there for dinner after a day out of town visiting Grand Canyon West. Service is lovely. Ambience authentic and food amazing. We didn't have a reservation, were asked to wait up to 20 mins or so but then allocated a table after 5, superb! Prices are reasonable and we had a very good time with the sharing, flaming fajitas! Would definitely come back!

We have passed this restaurant several times and the parking lot was always busy. Stopped in last weekend around Happy Hour time. Reservations are needed. The sangria was good but really not much in the glass, mostly ice and fruit. We would pass on it next time. First order of chips with 3 salsas/dip, fried onions & jalapeños is complimentary. It was very good especially the bean dip. We shared a single order of steak fajitas. It took quit awhile to arrive. They pour a shot of tequila on it and lite it...that’s how you get your flaming fajitas. Comes with the standard cup of Mexican soup, rice, beans, small amount of guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream. The flour tortillas were so soft, like a pillow. We loved them. We got 6 tortillas filled nicely in a Single order. Plenty of food to share. Military discount given on Mondays. Mexican food is heavy so we waddled out happy and full. We will return. 😊

My wife's comment, "I really liked this place a lot!" I'm embarrassed to say this was our first time at Juan's, though we've lived in Vegas for only a couple of years.
Definitely make an online reservation. Otherwise, you'll be waiting a long time. This aspect alone should alert you to how outstanding the food tastes accompanied by attentive service.
The fajitas are brought to your table sizzling and then set on fire (hence the restaurant name). It's entertaining and fun.
The fajitas should significantly exceed your expectations if you've been doing the Applebee's or various Mexican restaurant versions. I thought the flavors were spot on. You can make your fajitas as spicy as you'd like with a selection of two sauces.
Our server, Omar, knew exactly what he was doing. He was obviously experienced, while being professional, friendly, and appropriately attentive. He refilled our soft drinks multiple times in a timely manner.
I can see us having dinner here again in the very near future!

My wife and I dined here for lunch. She started with a Margarita that she enjoyed. We were served a large bowl of chips with two different salsas, bean dip and grilled veggies. My wife had the taco's with beans and rice and I had a very good Taco Salad with tons of steak. Everything would have been great, except we had a 5 year old kid jumping up and down in the booth next to ours the entire meal. The parents could care less. That was unfortunate. I will ask to be seated in the 21+ Cantina next time. I added many photos of our visit.

Friendly and responsive service. Reasonable prices. Good food.
That review is pretty basic but any one who has been eating out for the last 20+ years will be aware of the general decline in these categories over the last 5 years. Not the coolest clientele but if you're just looking for decent fajitas and margaritas for lunch on a Saturday (with decent prices and above average service) then this place should fit the bill
