We did the all you can eat BBQ for $34.95. And it was worth every penny. Anything you wanted and it was all good. Catfish, beef ribs, pork ribs, brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends, cole slaw, potato salad, waffle fries, smoked meat loaf, mashed potatos, corn bread. I can't wait to go back. Go there when you're hungry because you will not be hungry when you leave.

Don’t let all the strip clubs you have to pass nor the small storefront dissuade you. The food here is very good. The location is not the best, it is in an industrial area. It is much bigger inside than its entry portrays. We had the smoked meatloaf which was excellent and the bbq chicken which was moist and tender. Spare ribs were also moist. People very nice. Only downside was that counter service was very slow. Not very efficient either. Price was totally reasonable, especially for LV.

So, I try the BBQ in every city I go to. This boasts being #1 in Vegas, and I could agree; the meat was cooked to great taste, the Mac and cheese also tasty, and corn bread was moist and good. Also has unlimited meal and ice cream option, but the plated meal was plenty. Had the brisket, which was meaty, and the sausage, which was some of the best.

I wish I could say that Rolling Smoke was just as good as my 1st visit in 2016. Sadly, notoriety and commercialism has reared its ugly head. We went back to the original location. You are now paying $3 for a 16 oz cold drink in a souvenir plastic branded cup, and the pulled pork sandwiches we ordered were not up to par. The buns are huge and there was only enough pork to adequately fill half of the bun. I took the meat from one sandwich and put it into the other to fill the large bun and left the empty. Either fill it or use smaller buns! Wait staff seemed rushed, aggravated, and stressed, and it was not busy at 4 pm. I will say the smoked wings were excellent and large, but the price tag on those was $23.99 for 10 wings. I'd probably order these again just because I thought they were wonderful, but that's a lot of $$ for 10 wings. It's sad to see. Maybe they just had a bad day.

It has been a while since we came here last . We were in the neighborhood , so we decided to give it another shot . The last time we had was a special that you got several items to chose from . This time we all just wanted like some good burgers and I wanted the baked potato with pulled pork on it . We ordered our food to go since it was a packed house , even for take out . When I got to order they said they were backed up and it would be like 30 minutes . I almost left , but since I had already waited in line , I figured I would go ahead and order and wait in my truck . I was then told they were out of baked potatoes , so I wasn't happy about that . I decided to get the Outlaw Burger that my son also ordered and is advertised as the Best Burger In Town , nope ! When we got home and looked at our patties to put some sauce on them , we noticed both of the bottoms of our patties were missing like half due to probably sticking to the grill . $18 dollar burgers and missing a large portion of the meat , not happy . My daughter in law got the 1/2 Pound Wagyu Burger , $14 , and it was overcooked and missing part of the patty too and had a funny after taste , really . Also got an order of Waffle Fries and a Not So Sweet Tea , not looking good . As I said we have been here a couple times and once to the location on Grand Canyon . This was the worst experience I have had with them . I know you go to a Bbq place for Bbq , but I have had some great burgers at Bbq places . I have had their Meatloaf which is a mountain and I ate half one day and the other half the next day . I have had the pork ribs , links , and pulled pork too . We have tried several of the sides too . I am just not that impressed with them to pay $50 or so to get subpar food . There are 2 other Bbq places that we frequent and they are soooo much better . I really wanted to like this place , but it is just a let down . I am a longtime Bbq lover and lived in the Carolinas and Texas , so I have had my share of Bbq over the years . They do give a Veteran's and Local Discount which is nice for a place to do , but I just can't see myself spending money here again .

If you’re looking for true southern barbecue, this is not the place. I got the catfish plate and duo plate. Catfish and ribs were okay. Mac n cheese was okay. The collards were unfortunately the worst I’ve had, highly under-seasoned and tasted strange. For dessert I got banana pudding and it tasted store bought rather than homemade.

We were excited to give this spot a try since seeing it on several Best BBQ restaurants in Vegas lists. The original location is super convenient if you're staying on the north end of the strip. We ordered 1/2 lb beef ribs, 1/2 lb rib tips, 1/2 lb pulled pork, 1/2 lb hot links, and 1 lb burnt ends. I thought the beef ribs were the best as they were tender and fell off the bone - reminded me of brisket at other places. My dining companion loved the pulled pork, although I thought it was dry. We also ordered a pint of yams, a pint of Mac and cheese, cornbread, a strawberry shortcake, and pecan pie cobbler. The Mac and cheese was delicious - creamy and with larger shells. Normally I think Mac and cheese at BBQ spots isn't worth the extra calories, but definitely, a must order here. All this food and tip totaled about $100. Fed four adults with some leftovers for two. Ultimately, not bad, but as a Texas gal, it was just ok.

In the middle of an industrial area, this BBQ place has a fair amount of items to choose from. First timers should order one of their 'platters' that has a bit of many items. Enjoyed the ribs and the brisket. Beans and Cornbread was good too. Bottomless drink while you dine-in is a good thing too.

Being from the UK we have a shortage of real decent smoked BBQ places. Nearest one to me is around 1hr away so I knew when in vegas I wanted to try at least one of these smoke houses. Rollin smoke was the choice, there was a few to choose from but we was making our way to the Strat and stopped off here on the way. First impressions wasn't the best as the reception area and ordering food was kinda small and dark and dingey but the food coming out looked good. Our server was excellent and even with a queue behind us building up she never rushed us an any way but instead went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted. Food was excellent and 100% worth the visit . I had the burger with extra brisket which was fabulous. Fries was only luke warm and would have been better if they were hot. A great selection of sauces to choose from also.

My husband and I got the all you can eat which came to 90 dollars and was not worth it. The food had no taste whatsoever. The greens tasted like they came straight out of the can. The smoked chicken was like eating rubber. The pork ribs had no flavor and the beef ribs tasted like heavy rub. The banana pudding was gritty and tasted like it came from a box and the dirty rice🤔. We were so excited to visit here and made this our first stop in town and we both left disappointed.

Not quite as memorable as being in Texas and eating bbq. But for Vegas, not too shabby. Their burnt ends are the best thing on their menu and their pork ribs are a close second. After eating here, you will be content. Probably a two choice meal with a side will be adequate for the regular eater. Friendly staff, plenty of indoor benches. The pulled pork seemed a little dry.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch while in the area. It’s been on my “wanting to go there” list for a while, we just never seem to be in this part of town. First thing we noticed was the food truck out front. It’s in a small strip mall. Outdoor seating is only really set up for large parties as there are 4 large picnic tables. Adequate indoor seating. You order at the counter then they bring you your food. The menu is posted all over the entrance and available virtually. Super friendly staff. Great service. Food came out fast. We ordered a plate of brisket and ribs with dirty rice and Mac and cheese sides. They split it up for us into two plates without being asked! Definitely enough for the two of us plus lunch the next day. The meat was very tender with a good smoked flavor. Three different sauces to try. The sides were just ok. Not the best bbq we’ve had but good.

Again, this restaurant was recommended by guests at the hotel we were staying at. Its like a hole in the wall in a very small strip center. Don't let that fool you. The food is fantastic! I am not a big fan of BBQ, but it was very good. I had some of my husband's dinner. My husband had the Pit Special, with burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork, 1/4 chicken, 2 spare ribs & a hot link along with 3 sides, that were coleslaw, macaroni & cheese & dirty rice. I had a kids cheeseburger that was huge & a side of macaroni & cheese, which was unbelievable! I am a huge fan of mac. & cheese. Great job guys! I know we will return here on our next visit to Las Vegas. Thank goodness our hotel had a fridge & microwave for the leftovers. Yummy!

We just flew into Vegas and searched for a bite to eat for lunch before checking in to our hotel and was looking for some BBQ. We were greeted warmly, given suggestions on specials. We decided on the 3 meats. We sat down and 4 minutes later our food arrived hot. They had self serve drinks and free refills. BBQ and pull pork was delicious, and watch for the bbq beans, they have a little bite as I like to say(meaning a little kick) but are very good. I rate this place a 4.5. You must stop in for a bite to eat in Vegas.
