We stopped here on the recommendation of a friend for a fast meal.
I didn't realize hot dogs were a staple of Korean Street food before we stopped by. They had a lot of great combo of flavors. I had the Soul Dog, which was good, except the pork belly was a little too fatty. My husband had the Hawaiian dog, which he enjoyed. The hot dogs were good quality and grilled, not boiled.
He also ordered the chili cheese fries and a a chili fry connoisseur, he gave them a 2 thumbs up. Big enough to share, unless you love them.. then you can keep them all to yourself.
They had quite a varied menu, including kimchee and bbq, which we will try another time.
The kitchen staff were really nice and helpful...

Buldogis was everything we had heard and more. We went there for breakfast and had a pork belly egg drop, and a bacon egg drop. OMG such excellent food. There was a steady stream of people coming in and placing orders. Many of them to go. We however chose to sit in their small dining area and enjoy our meal as well as people watch. Everybody seemed totally thrilled with what they had orderedand it was obvious that several of them were repeat or regular customers. We will definitely go there again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Saw an Instagram Reel about this place and it looked amazing! Went there for a brunch kind of meal and got a breakfast sandwich, hotdog and tots (love anyplace that has tots). The breakfast sandwich - the porkbelly one - was really good. I could have use a little more sauce, but the toast was excellent, the eggs cooked just right and, well, porkbelly. Enough said. You had me at porkbelly. The hotdog was quite tasty, and the flavors were not overwhelming. Again, I could have use a little more sauce, as it sounded amazing, but it still tasted good. Customer service was good, wait time for the food was pretty quick. Only complaint was there was almost no seating. Other than that, no complaints. Food was a touch on the high side, but for a good Korean fusion spot, it wasn't too bad. I'd definitely go back.

After seeing reviews on TikTok we decided to try it! Wow, it was much better than anticipated. We ordered the frenchie breakfast sandwiches (bacon and the one with everything). They are enormous and so worth the money.
They were crowded and the tables were full but they turned quickly. We waited roughly 10-15 minutes after ordering for our food to be brought to us. The cashier and the gentleman in the table area were very friendly. This is a win!

Great food. We had the angry dog and the buckeye and the BTS fries (pork belly fries). Everything was delicious. Staff was friendly. There steady traffic getting take out and quite a few people eating in. Not fancy, but super tasty!! Highly recommend if you want a loaded dog and fries. The other menu items look great too, but we were wanting some good hotdogs. We made a great choice.

So so good. We had the bulgogi egg drop and bacon egg drop sandwich and it was delicious! They have a variety of food and we will be swinging by before we leave again to try several other items. Do not skip this stop! Food is great and staff is super friendly.

Came to try the gourmet hot dogs with a Korean flair, however there is so much more on the menu that I wish we had time for a return visit on our recent LV trip.

I really wanted something different to eat. So I reviewed my social media channels to look for inspiration, and I found "it".
I went to the "Buldogis" restaurant location on South Fort Apache. I stepped into the store, and asked the lady at the counter for the "pork belly sandwich". She asked if I was asking for the sandwich I saw on Instagram; and I confirmed "yes". One pork belly, lettuce and tomato @ $10.95; one fountain drink @ $2.95; with tax, my bill was $15.07.
I waited outside for my to-go order. The attached image was taken shortly after receiving my package. The sandwich I received looked as good as the Instagram images suggested. (Buldogis' own Instagram page has a still image of an assembled sandwich. I saw a video of them preparing a sandwich on the HookedLV page.)
The sandwich I received had four filets of pork belly; lettuce; tomato; Bahn Mi slaw (for taste and texture--added crunch); sesame seeds; and chopped green onion. The sauce was really nice--just the right balance of sweet and sour, without being over powering. The quality of the pork was great. I was afraid that the meat would be tough; that I would take a bite and pull the entire cutlet out. While firm, a good strong bite will cut through the meat. This is a "juicy" sandwich--so don't expect to eat this while driving. You'll make a mess. And, oh yeah; the plate includes two pickle spears.
This item is presently not on the printed or posted menu. I don't know if it will be added as a regular menu item in the future, or if it's a "special" off menu item meant to help drive business during this Corvid slowdown. Regardless, it is a really satisfying sandwich.

Gourmet hot dog eh? Fancy hot dog--looks busy af.... but I like it!!
Been following their IG for awhile. Now that I finally made it to Vegas, I had to come here!
I had the Angry, Spicy Pork Bulgogi hot dog. Wasn't too spicy. Apparently, they weren't too angry today. LoL Liked the overall flavor. Spicy pork is a weakness of mine.
Wifey got spicy pork as well, except the bibimbap version. Portion size is huge! Tons of pork! I would gobble this bowl up! In fact, it was too much for my wife so I helped her clean up!
Who doesn't love chicken wings? Soy Caramel chicken wings piqued my curiosity. Soy caramel wings, it is! At first, didn't think it was a winning combo, but it is an acquired taste and I quickly warmed up to them! At the very least, these are interesting wings!
There are other gourmet hot dog joints in Vegas to try but certainly add here to the rotation!

I’ve eaten a lot of hot dogs in my day but I can’t remember having one this good EVER. I had the Buckeye Dog which is a beef hot dog with grilled onions, bacon, cheese and is supposed to have garlic aioli that I substituted for bbq sauce. It was amazing. The hot dog looks grilled and it was huge. Loaded with all those ingredients. Truly delicious. The bun was soft and fresh.
My husband had the Bibim bowl which he enjoyed. It also was huge. He was unable to finish it. Rare occasion for him. Lol
I’ll be back to try other flavors.
You order at the counter then they deliver the food to your table.
Super friendly staff. Fast service. Busy place. Nice atmosphere. TV available.

Korean and hot dog fusion...what a great combo! Korean food pairs well with beef and pork product, so it’s not like a square peg-round hole fit. I tried the Angry Kimchi Dog, which included a huge hot dog (maybe a one-pounder?), spicy pork, ripe kimchi, and a spicy aioli sauce. It’s about $8.50, but is big enough to fill you up. Besides this dog, there are about a dozen other options including a Banh Mi Dog and a classic dog ($4). After that, the menu gets a little crazy. It includes a bunch of Korean or quasi-Korean options including a beef rice bowl (bulgogi bibimbap), hangover stew (though not the blood sausage variety you’d get at a traditional Korean restaurant), and Korean fried chicken. I tried the soy-caramel wings, but I wasn’t too impressed. They were good, but not anything I’d order regularly.
