Hello Folks,
I'm happy to say that couple of days ago I've experienced some tasty breakfast at Omelet House Summerlin located in Summerlin, NV about 20-25 minutes drive from the Las Vegas strip area.
Family owned & operated, their breakfast menu has a long list of favorites, especially their omelets - order some coffee and sip as you browse their extensive offerings. We were 4 people and was seated quickly on a Saturday late morning.
We were finally able to decide our choices and our order was ready in about 10-15 minutes. Wow, the food was amazing, it tasted great, it was huge and I couldn't finish my omelet (6 eggs omelet), I should of listened to our server, she told me they have 3 eggs omelet.
Service was great, friendly and efficient. The restaurant is bright and airy.
This restaurant is well known to the locals, and perhaps some tourists as well. It's well worth the drive from the Strip for a great breakfast items. I know they also serve lunch and dinner but this review is for the breakfast service. I was impressed and left with a satisfied belly and a big smile.

Been wanting to try Omelet House for a while and finally went. The reviews were right - It was great! There were several of us and the portions were so big, none of us could finish Pancakes were super and they have many different types of Omelets. Even the owner made a point to come by and make sure everything was ok. Fantastic service and amazing food, we will be back and soon!

We decided to go to The Omelet House for breakfast before we left town. We were seated right away and the waiter took our coffee order while we looked at the menu. As we had never been there before we asked the waiter what was good. He laughed and said everything. He also told us his favourite and it sounded good so I ordered that and my wife ordered something else. It was so delicious. The waiter came back several times to make sure we were ok and ask if everything was good. We couldn't have asked for better food or service. If i ever go back to Summerlin I will eat breakfast there for sure. As we ate our breakfast we noticed it was getting busier and busier and then they were lined up out the door. Come early to get a good seat.

I don’t usually give out 5 star ratings, but Omelet House Summerlin is excellent and deserves it.
The restaurant is extremely clean and very Covid sensitive, with staff wearing masks and cleaning regularly. There is plenty of space between tables.
Then there is the food. Simply delicious! So many choices, but the omelet selection is plentiful. There are choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The portions are huge, easily shareable. Your meal comes with delicious potatoes as well . And you have a choice of pumpkin bread or banana bread to start- yum!
They also have 16 ounce mimosas!
While we came for breakfast, the rest of the menu looks delicious as well. We will be back to try some of the other offerings that Omelet House has to offer.

Plenty of seating and social distancing in place. Plastic shields in place on booths. First time for lunch. Very good burger and excellent fries. Very clean and pleasant servers. Recommended for sure.

From time to time I like to update my previous reviews...
In my previous review I didn't know who Sam and Pam were. They rule the evening service duties.
My wife and I come in quite frequently in the evening now to see Sam and Pam... oh and to have great Italian food or one of their daily specials. Today (Wednesday), they have homemade meatloaf and mashed potatoes. My wife makes great meatloaf and Omelet house is second!
We bring our daughter and granddaughter here from time to time, and they both enjoy the food as well.
So back to the dynamic duo of Sam and Pam....
Sam seats us immediately and he already knows our drinks which he brings as soon as we are seated. They are both entertaining and if we are undecided, Pam always has the perfect suggestions.
Do go there from Wednesday to Friday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. See Sam and Pam. Have a glass of wine and an awesome meal and friendly conversation!!!

We had breakfast here. The have a nice variety of items on the menu (more than 25 different omelets). I had the Mediterranean Omelet. It was delicious! And the potato spuds are tasty also.
Isabel was a friendly waitress and Cole was a nice server. I will
definetly come back when I visit Las Vegas again!

Stopped here on our latest trip to Las Vegas and loved it. Met friends and we all had a fantastic breakfast.
Huge menu with lost of great choices.Service was spectacular and the food was great.
If you're with a group going out for breakfast go here!

I stopped by for Breakfast I ordered French Toast with cinnamon apples. It was so good. The service was very good too. I had been there before but this was the first time I had this.

We were staying on the strip so a $25 pp breakfast was out of the question. We found this place, turns out the owners are from Chicago, as are we. Omelet was huge, worth the money, but don’t miss the banana bread, which comes WITH the meal. So, 4 of us ate for $50 and the food was awesome. Our waiter, the owner’s son, was as friendly as can be and a great waiter. A five star omelet house? YES

This was a great place. We stopped in on Sunday to a full house, but we didn't have to wait too long. The food was great. The service was great. It was clean. And, I truly enjoyed how all the staff worked together. Five different people assisted our table. I have not seen that kind of teamwork for 30 years. It was such a great experience I went again on Tuesday morning. Again, the food was great and the service was outstanding. I plan on eating there whenever I am in Las Vegas. Great job!!

Even the breakfast special is plenty for breakfast. Heaping of sliced crispy potatoes along with bacon and eggs. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Wish the coffee was stronger. Plenty of seating and parking available.
