It was our first time in and we soon realized the kid behind the counter was very new. It’s already confusing if it’s your first time here but even more when your helper doesn’t know all the answers. Ultimately with help from his co workers...and another patron we figured it out and made it through. Btw the website is helpful too. In short a Mediterranean subway (where all your toppings are there for you to pick). Make no mistake everything was very fresh and very tasty. During these COVID times really not many safe distancing options for sitting but they are all set up for to-go or pick ups orders through the website. A nice fresh and filling light meal. I will definitely return. If you really want to get wow’d check out there Instagram page at eatparsley. Great stuff.More

Had the Hummus Shawarma, Beef ($10.99)and it was a great & filling meal. Included three pita breads too. Loaded. Nice portion. Appeared to be a very popular spot with a nice menu selection. Nice change of pace. Will be back.

Id like to start off by saying my favorite type of Mediterranean food is Israeli. With that said, Parsley does such a phenomenal job that it almost nearly tasted that good for me. I’ve been here several times & service is good, food is extremely...tasty, & the prices aren’t too bad. I do believe trust they can do better when it comes to charging an additional $1.00 for eggplant, baba ghanoush, & tabouli & then provide you with teeny tiny scoop of it as if it’s really not even a side. The pita bread is tasty, although last time I was they I could have sworn that they had the really large & thick pita. Either way it went deliciously with my meal. I ordered a side of grape leaves; amazing! And lastly I ordered a side of there grilled tahini cauliflower; hmmmm yummmmm. I’ll be back as it is right around the corner from my house & it’s always such big portions that I can have another meal from it later on. Thanks Parsley.More

We are locals here and we eat out every single day. We recognize that the restaurant business is a difficult and tricky business to achieve success in. We eat in divey out of the way places and in high end Steakhouses and restaurants. It is...with this in mind we write reviews. This was our 1st visit to Parsley. Parsley is a delightful family run business that serves outstanding quality delicious Mediterranean/Middle Eastern foods. From the 1st greeting as you enter the door to your fully satisfied "See You Next Time" exit, it is clear that Parsley offers friendly, engaged customer service as well as fabulous food. Robbie and Juana were upbeat, friendly, passionate about the food they prepare and very focused on helping us to make our choice from an array of wonderful and healthy options. Great people who made our dining better by their presence. The menu is a slew of salads, wraps, kabob plates and bowls, wonderful home made pita chips and "Mediterranean" Nachos. Flavorful choices abound. Our beef and chicken were seasoned marvelously, were nicely charred on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. Garlic sauce, hummus, tzatziki and fresh vegetables and salads complement the plates and bowls. The menu is great for VEGETARIANS and they can even accommodate keto Vegan diets. We loved this cozy little place with big customer service and great food, and we commend it to you.More

Our first visit and Robbie and crew could not have been nicer, taking time to explain some of the items we were unfamiliar with. While this us counter service, the food was seasoned appropriately, the babaganoosh flavorful, meats very tasty and servings large. Order the...Honey Pistachio baklava — yummmm.More

The Greek salad is terrific and made better by a side of falafel. The serving is quite generous and between the greek salad and side of falafel it was enough for two. Our friends had Chicken Schwarma and loved it.

We stopped for take-out after a long days at Red Rock Canyon. Service was friendly, big portions, super tasty and lots of options. We had the chicken shawarma and it was fabulous.

We had family in town from Arizona, everyone was wanting something different. We were able to convince them to try Parlseys. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, everyone was able to find something on the menu that they liked, and to have it prepared...the way they wanted. The food was amazing. The service was good and the price was reasonable.More

Hate to be a wrench in what look to be good reviews. But my pal and I had a poor experience here. The greeting was lackluster, to put it kindly. We basically got a, "Well, what do ya want?" kind of vibe. And the request...to talk about what the food was like was met with blank stares. Then, we saw the young woman behind the counter use a rag to clean either the floor or the clean-up sink behind her (we can't remember which), and THEN use the same rag to clean around the bins of food. YECH! Gross. We pointed this out to her, and again...blank, annoyed stare. We left. It could have just been an off day. But we will not be back. Two stars and not one, because it is a cute, cozy place.More

It has been months since I've been looking for a proper Schwarma! When I walked in I knew that it was Israeli owned. Israelis always know how to properly make Mediterranean food. Not that I don't love other types of Mediterranean food; it just so...happens I prefer the flavors and I love the way that they slice and dice their toppings (ie lettuce tomato etcetera). My girlfriend and I went into the restaurant looking for a quick bite as we were at an event and had a quick 45 minutes before we had to be back. First of all, the service provided by your staff; EXCEPTIONAL!!! Rosemary & Keenyun; you would have thought it was there restaurant. Perfect recommendations. Perfect service. Perfect smiles! You are lucky to have such wonderful team members working for you. Both beef & chicken Schwarma and some baklava at the end did the trick it was exactly what we wanted and had wanted for quite some time. Thanks for everything. See you soon!!!More

I have been there about 4-times as it is very convenient to my residence. Just across the street from Wayne Newton's Ranch Attraction, and 5-minutes from McCarran International Airport. I have had their schnitzel 3-times in the Greek salad, along with their yummy locally made...Greek pastry. Yummy! It's a semi-fast food place with a few outside tables which are fine this time of year.More

This place is small, loud, busy, and the food is excellent and fresh. The “menu” is on the wall and can be a little confusing when you are trying to figure out what you want. I’m pretty sure it’s all good and you won’t be...disappointed. The fries are excellent so don’t miss those. The portion sizes are generous, service efficient and friendly.More

Love this place for a quick lunch stop. The rice is really what keeps me coming back as I can't get enough of it! Of course the rest of the food is very good also. So, if you're in the mood for quick, informal dining...with good Mediterranean food, definitely make this your next stop. Just either make sure you are SUPER hungry, or have a place to store your leftovers, they don't skimp on the portions that's for sure.More

Already with two locations in Las Vegas and soon opening a third on Flamingo near the 215 it was in continued support of locals that catering was arranged through Parsley Modern Mediterranean on Wednesday, the choice of Grubhub or EZcater and a variety of options...including Vegetarian offering plenty of good choices for a group of twenty-five. Scheduled for an 11:30am arrival and actually besting that number by a few minutes by way of EZCater, a plethora of Styrofoam and plastic clamshells brought up to the third floor in one trip using a push-cart and thick cardboard boxes, it was from containers containing Beef, Chicken or Vegetable Wraps plus Fries and Desserts that attendees took their pick, seasoned Spuds unfortunately suffering some sogginess thanks to the warm temperature inside the packaging but nicely flavored just the same. Moving next to Pita Bread, an item intended to accompany Plates served with Rice and Salad, it was with cool Yogurt and Cucumber Dip that rounds softer than prior were topped, the same creamy Dressing found inside of Wraps available in Wheat or White surrounding fresh Vegetables, Chickpeas, Cheese and thick-cut Beef Kabob or thinly sliced Chicken Shawarma that was as juicy as it was rich with herbal aromatics. Only suggesting “assorted” Baklava as Dessert, the housemade collection actually including traditional Date Cookies and several unique styles of crispy Phyllo packed and stacked with Walnuts, Pistachios, Chocolate, Honey and more, suffice it to say traditionalists should be quite contented by triangles bold with Cloves and Cinnamon plus a faint hint of Orange while those seeking something a little more interesting should set their sights on either the tall purses offering three styles of Nuts plus Chocolate drizzle or the Powdered Sugar dusted Ma'amoul with Dates.More
