Since moving the the Las Vegas area last month we have been searching for good pizza. Recommendations from friends and colleagues have led to mostly disappointment for what we are used to in Chula Vista, CA where we found a great location.
Of the 5-6 locations we have tried Crust & Roux tops the list by a wide margin. There are things we’d like to see different but as new location, still waiting for their liquor license, their pizza is quite good.
Of note is the limited pizza menu, but it is somewhat customizable. We’d like to see mushrooms added to the list of toppings and after our first experience would also like to see an additional smaller size (16” & 20” are offered) to allow two diners to enjoy without a lot of leftovers.
For our first time choice we chose the Sicilian. Next time we will modify by eliminating one of the three meats. Our preference is sausage, mushrooms and pepperoni with a thin crust.
The first thing we noticed was the taste. We suspected double zero Italian flour and after asking we discovered, indeed that’s what they used. In fact they used one of my wife’s favorites, so A+ for preparation.
Once the wine menu is available and if a smaller size is added to the menu this could become a favorite.

AG, thank you so much for this very informative and positive review. We greatly appreciate it. We hear you loud and clear on the pizza size, something is already in the works :). As far as the beer and wine go, they are also on the way, its a little slow getting the licensing as Vegas paperwork is backed up but indeed it is on the way. We are very pleased you noticed our ingredients, most are imported products as our Executive Chef is classically trained in France, Italy and Lebanon. He is very particular on the quality as you can see. Next time you are in the area come on in and ask for Drew, he will have a piece of Apple Pie waiting for you!

amazing food and ambiance. The pizza and pie was outstanding . I ordered the Greek pizza and the strawberry pie ala mode and I instantly went into a food coma. I’ll be back many times!

The Crab Pie is a must have. Seafood on pizza is wild! Get the strawberry pie, cold, it tastes like a fruit roll up. Sandwiches and Salads are great for a lunch.
All the portions are quite big so go hungry!

This is a unique place, very good pizza and an outstanding staff. There were 10 people in our group, and we arrived towards the end of the day, this didn't faze them. We had called ahead because there were so many of us. Our server was very friendly and handle the large group graciously, including taking a group photo. The food was very good, we had the Buffalo Chicken Pie, Sweet Korean BBQ Pork Pie and Caprese Pie. All were the 16" pies. For dessert, a couple of us had their Pecan Pie, beware it was a very large slice of pie, but was oh so delicious.

Stopped in for a late lunch with some friends after golf. The crab pizza pie was absolutely phenomenal. The pies in the front looked incredible, so we took an apple pie to go; it did not disappoint. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a large custom pizza. Crust was excellent, lots of toppings, good char on the bottom, easily the best vegan cheese on a pizza my wife has ever had.
Pies looked delicious and the staff was very friendly. We were shopping in the area and picked it out of a bunch of restaurants in the area. Next time in town, we will make a special trip to come back.

Decided to check this place out based on the other reviews, and was very pleased. The staff are great, incredibly friendly and helpful. I went with the Roux pizza, but substituted eggplant for the chicken. It was delicious! Fresh and hot, with plenty of cheese and a generous amount of toppings. I don't often eat the crust edges, but the crust was tasty enough that in this case I did. After two slices, I was stuffed. The rest made for great leftovers. I wish I could tell you how there dessert pies taste, but I was too full to give them a try.

I had the seafood pot pie my wife had the chicken pot pie. We were both very pleased. Crust was perfectly done . Fillings had plenty of chicken and seafood. The Caprese salad was fantastic as the balsamic vinegar was as good as it gets. We will definitely be back.

This place is great. Super clean friendly service and the food is excellent. The pizza is outstanding. We ordered the Greek pizza and it did not disappoint. The spicy chicken sandwich was awesome. The Caesar and Greek Salads are top notch

I was here for a tasting event. It is so nice to get up with new people and try new restaurants . It was a little hard to find at first , but I got there a few minutes late after talking with one of the security guards at Town Center . The service was great and everyone was so nice . The food was pretty good . I don't usually get gourmet pizza .
The Roux Pizza was my favorite , followed by the Sicilian . The Greek Pizza I didn't really care for and I like some Greek food and have been to Crete , Greece 4 times when I was in the Army . I was so looking forward to the Chicken Pot Pie . When we got our taster I was a little let down . I expected a more robust gourmet taste . The pies looked good and the Apple again was just average , but the Blueberry was fresh and pretty to look at even just the sample . It tasted very good .
The white wine was refreshing also . As always , I give an honest review which I think management appreciates . Thank you for giving me the opportunity to try your establishment and I wish you much success . If I was to come back I would definitely would get the Roux Pizza for me and my family and some Blueberry Pie . I also did a YouTube Short of the restaurant and food on my channel, Tips From A Bellman .

This place was clean and very modern. Pricing was a little costly but the pizza was great. We went with the buffalo chicken and have no regrets. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much your review. We understand our pricing is on the higher end but thats what happens when you buy only the best ingredients. A fare portion of our ingredients are imported from Europe. There is a difference in quality for sure. The Buffalo Chicken is a huge favorite and we are happy you enjoyed it!
