Monta is a small ramen spot in a strip mall which as unassuming as its local may present the food offerings were very good. Entry brought us to a small “hostess stand” which was in unmanned and required that those entering write their own name, size of group, and seating preference(bar/table) on a list that the wait staff would check as spots in the restaurant opened. Our group(3) went on a thurs evening around 2030 and had to wait about 15 min for 3 bar spots to open given the size of the space I thought this to be quite reasonable. The menu was limited and easily navigable and the wait staff was young but knowledgeable. The service was fast and the spicy tonkatsu ramen was the favorite of the evening (for those concerned about spicy think more flavor than heat). It was certainly tasty and the portion was large, no one is leaving hungry also small to go containers(sealed tight no spillage) were provided for those who wanted to take the remainder of the meal with them. This was an enjoyable ramen and dining experience

To beat the crowds, we always come here about 30 minutes before they open and line up. Once you are in, you can get in and out within an hour. We each had 2 different ramens, pork belly bowl and their gyoza. Top notch, every time!

Came here after reading the reviews and agree that you’re getting good value for money. The ramen is very good, and the fried rice was freshly fried and delicious but the portion is really small for a large order. Due to social distancing though, the seating is very limited.

If you like Ramen, Monta is must. It is a small joint but we were a family of 4 they easily accommodated. Take out is great option. My 7 & 9 year old daughters crushed the mild thick noodle and even ordered more noodles before they drank the broth.

I decided to try a restaurant in an area that looks like Chinatown is the best Ramen bowl I’ve ever had and the dumplings are so good! They gave me some chili oil, chili paste and black garlic so I can season it myself. I figure I will save some money and eat things at restaurants where the locals eat. The environment was very cozy and small, with very attentive wait staff. I’ve never been a fan of fancy hotel food. #lasvegas

Visited 2018 and everything stay the same because you don’t want to mess with success . The restaurant is small and cozy ( just like the way it is in at home in japan ) , the soup base / broth is what a japanese would expect in a noodle house . Keep up the good works .

I usually never write reviews but this place is too good. My family got the gyoza, miso ramen, tonkatsu ramen, and the spicy tonkatsu ramen. They were all delicious, the ramen portions were big, and it was a great deal. The restaurant had a very authentic atmosphere and look as well :)

Tired of going to the ridicules expensive noodle joints in the strip hotels. Tried this place and fell in love. Get there before they open and get in line. Can’t wait for my next Vegas trip. The dumplings are great so is the pork belly.

Excellent tonkotsu broth, rich and full of body. Ask for thick noodles to go with your noodle soup. Friendly service. Small restaurant and food comes out amazingly fast.

I visited this small restaurant with the expectation that I was going to have very good ramen. It was excellent. The broth was delicious and the presentation was superb. The place was very busy at 3 PM on a Friday. Service was very helpful (thanks, Adriana). I will visit again for sure.

Very refreshing to have great food at a great price after suffering the strip gouge. Loved the ramen we had. The gyoza we had was a bit burned though and I thought it was just average. Overall, I loved the food and service.

Comfort food at its best. Both times I visited, it was busy even though I was eating solo. Had the pork ramen along with an order of gyoza...both very good. Located in the back of a strip mall. Limited parking for being such a busy place. Just be patient 👍

I had the shoyu and gyoza. Amazing! I came for lunch during a visit to Vegas. I almost went back for dinner. The only thing that stopped me was feeling like I should try a different place while in town. The other place was good, but I regretted not coming back for dinner. Definitely returning to this place next time I'm in Vegas.

Outrageously delicious Ramen! Vegan Ramen with vegetable broth was so tasty. Friend’s spicy ramen and gyoza was also reportedly very tastey! Super quick and very friendly.
