We arrived in time for Happy Hour, so we ate dinner in the bar. Choice of seating at the bar or at a booth(seats five), we chose the booth. We all sat in the curved booth so we could watch the baseball game. I ordered a burger with a side salad, my friends had their burger with fries. The burgers... More

The whole family loved Holsteins. We each selected different burgers and taste tested them. It was hard to decide which one was best. The Rising Sun Burger was the winner. Shakes and sundaes are works of art!

A little pricey for what it is but it's Vegas so everything's expensive. Had the classic cheeseburger and the steakhouse burger. Both were cooked to perfection, tasted good & were huge!! Also tried the Smores shake. It's spiked with vodka and delicious. Give this place a try if you're staying in the Cosmopolitan.

High end burgers cooked to order, shakes, full bar with attentive staff, located along the restaurant area of the Cosmopolitan Hotel above the Casino. Really good food, not just fast burgers. Excellent beer selection.

Located on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan hotel, this centrally strip located burger joint does nothing to disappoint. The Kobe beef Nom Nom burger, complete with thousand island dressing and potato chips (on the burger) is a blend of perfection. Do yourself a favor and order the Philly Cheesteak egg rolls as an appetizer. Don't forget one of their... More

The burgers are amazing. I ate here twice during our stay in Vegas. I have a teenager who is always hungry and this was his favorite place and we tried a few! I didn't eat the first time we went. I was too full from brunch but my son loved his burger. He had an old fashioned American burger with... More

Excellent meal, the burgers are great. My wife wanted hers without the bread and was offered it in a lettuce leaf. This is not something we have seen before and a great alternative. Burgers were cooked to perfection and the salad was really fresh. As is usual in the US portions are large so do not order too many sides... More

This was our first lunch stop in Vegas. Excellent service and good value for money. In the US just be careful not to over order, the servings are large.

A good burger (not great) and excellent service guaranteed. It's great that you can sit at the bar to watch sport on TV or in the restaurant section at the back for a calmer meal.

The Cosmopolitan is a pretty nice place and this burger place fits the bill. The service was good and the food was better. We started with the Buffalo Chicken Dip which comes served hot. This is not a burn your month and stomach Buffalo, but more of a muted spice that you can enjoy. I had the NOM NOM Burger... More

Located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Holsteins Shakes and Buns offers an incredible range of deliciously crafted burgers, riffs on traditional American snacks, and a variety of plates that are great for sharing. The Holsteins burger concept comes from Las Vegas restaurateur Billy Richardson and Executive Chef Anthony Meidenbauer of Block 16 Hospitality – a locally run and operated hospitality group managing six Las Vegas restaurants and a growing portfolio in Orange County, San Diego, Portland and Hawaii.

Voted “Best Burgers in Las Vegas” by USA Today, Holsteins delivers a fresh, homegrown attitude to the famed Las Vegas Strip’s restaurant scene. Dive into the beverage program to sample hundreds of bottled, canned, draft, craft, local and international beers along with a curated selection of fresh cocktails; plus the restaurant’s signature “Bam-Boozled” milkshakes—a delicious selection of wildly inventive, alcohol-infused milkshakes in a variety of flavors.
