Fantastic spot to go with friends, order a bunch of small plates, and try everything! We stopped in late evening looking for light fare, and weren't disappointed. The mushroom risotto was excellent! Great location too, as many tables give you a great opportunity to people...watch.More

Sat down. 1st thing I told th7 hihi noe waiter, Romain, is that we wanted to have a couple drinks before dinner and the LAST THING I WANTED WAS TO BE SERVED DRINKS AFTER DINNER IS SERVED. I asked for to much. 1st drink. Quick....2nd drink, 25 minutes and SERVED WITH DINNER. Then the waiter was on top of us like a DRONE , WAITING TO CLEAR THE TABLE. GO ELSEWHERE. OTHER REVIEWS CORRECT. WORST DATE NIGHT.More

In Aria. Beautiful setting next to Catch and away from sometimes smokey casino floor. Staff could be friendlier, but fine. Food was excellent. Order the paella right away. Red sangria was great. 1 pitcher was enough for 4 adults. Make sure you use the spoon/fork/stir...tool to eat the fruit at the bottom. That was one of the best things about dinner. Salmon tacos are so small, but an amazing bite (worth the price, but don’t expect satiation). Calamari was ok, probably the low point honestly as everything else is so much better (touch too greasy). Favorite all all was grilled octopus. Don’t let them talk you into the limoncello. Wheelchair accessible. Clean restrooms.More

Stopped by here for some Tapas on Vtines Day woth my wife. Excellent service by all staff. We ate sashimi (good, but very small portion), risotto (i liked it a lot, wife meh), garlic shrimp (good but again small). Overall, taste was good, but even...by Vegas prices, you could do better elsewhere. It fit our needs for the night, but i would only go again if the company was paying.More

I reserved a table to be sure there was no wait. After I was seated, my server greeted me by name. He provided great service. I had three tapas and all were delicious and large portioned. The atmosphere is both vibrant and relaxing.

Eating around the Aria on my most recent trip to Las Vegas I stopped in at Julian Serrano Tapas. What a serendipitous experience! I sat at the bar and had a wonderful slow-paces meal starting with olives and almonds, excellent bread and oil and Serrano...ham and followed with a very good meat paella. The cocktails were excellent and the slower pace - paella takes 45 minutes to prepare - meant there was time to sit back and relax while enjoying each small plate as it came out. I would have liked to have had space for dessert - their desserts looked incredible but maybe next time. The restaurant is beautifully appointed and the staff were very attentive. Of note here also is that the ingredients used in the dishes are all of really high quality - the almonds, olives etc are the very best and there are no substitutions. It is very clear in the taste and presentation of the dishes. Of the five Aria restaurants I visited this was my favourite.More

It was good, but it used to be great ! There was nothing especially bad or poor in our meal this evening but the food here was fantastic in the past and this definitely did not meet that standard. Patatas bravas - Spanish staple -...potato cubes fried crispy with spicy tomato sauce and garlic aioli ! Well, apparently not any more. Now they are strangely geometric potatoes slathered in mayo and paprika. Tasted ok but not what it’s supposed to be. If you wish to add a new dish to the menu, great ! - but give it a new name and don’t hijack a tradition. Same with churros. Churros - fried dough with chocolate - spicy if you like. But blobs of brown and white “substance” - not so much. Atmosphere was great as always and service was pleasant and attentive (for a busy place). Will certainly go back but I hope they can reclaim their excellence before my next visit.More

Great food and amazing service. We were staying at ARIA and stopped in with a group of 8 of us late afternoon. We didn’t have a wait. All of our food was great, it’s Tapas so small servings but everyone loved the dishes they ordered....Our server was very attentive and offered suggestions. Great experience.More

I had the lunch special one day, the cuban sandwich the next. Both were wonderful. Servers were attentive and informative. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is certainly expensive, which is unsurprising for the Las Vegas Strip. But the food is outstanding. There are several items for vegetarians as well.

I don't believe they offer happy hour anymore just as of a few months ago. But you could call to confirm.
