As a someone that fears heights I didn't enjoy the 50 flight open glass elevator ride with a spectacular view. Later I found out they have an internal elevator you can use by request. They have a lovely dining area and dinner get you access to an outside viewing area and you can watch the zip line operate or enjoy... More

Great evening with four guys at voodoo steak house. We used the Travelzoo voucher and no problems. Waiter even said what a great deal those vouchers are. 16 ounce New York's all around. All cooked to perfection.I had the baked blue cheese topped. The appys were also good. One of the best ceaser salads in long time. Can't beat the... More

I was invited to a dinner here by the boss. I wasn't about to turn that down. The service was spectacular, the food couldn't have been better, and everyone had a wonderful meal. I opted for the smallest fillet, and wasn't disappointed. It was cooked perfectly and more than adequate in size for anyones appetite. Not a cheap meal, but... More

I ordered the filet and my husband ordered the ribeye. Both steaks were cooked the perfection and seasoned perfectly. The view was incredible even though I'm afraid of heights. I would definitely recommend.

The Rio has been around a long time; some say too long. But it still has much to offer, from Penn & Teller's long-standing performances in the showroom to dinner & drinks at the Voodoo Steakhouse high above it all. We had a nice window view at 6:00 on a Friday night. Light crowd which kept the noise level down... More

The view from this restaurant at night is spectacular including the zip liners from the 51st floor. Nonetheless, the ambiance is very rustic and great for couples. I ate the mènage à trois which consisted of a 6oz filet, 6oz lobster tail, and prawn shrimp. The restaurant also features a night club above the restaurant. Though I prefer the Top... More

This is a very nice place to go for a very good dinner with a nice view of the strip You need to go out on the deck to get a real good view but it is easy and encouraged while your first course is being prepared

The elevator ride up and the view were amazing the food...well, it was just okay. Nothing really stood out as exceptional. It was fun to watch the zipliners shoot off the building!

My wife and I visited as part of our stay at the Rio. The view and atmosphere was excellent, and you can go out onto the roof anytime. While there is a dress code, it's pretty light; I wore some slacks and a logo-less t-shirt and my wife wore jeans. We ordered the seafood platter to share, my wife ordered... More

Description
Set on the 50th floor of Rio Las Vegas, VooDoo Steak offers a different approach to your average steakhouse. This Vegas restaurant may not be on the Strip, but it's worth the extra trip, as it sets itself apart with remarkable views and prime steaks and chops. Ideal for romantic, candlelit dinners or big celebrations later in the evening, you'll find the elegant, yet hip space is the hottest off-Strip steakhouse. Come hungry and keep in mind this isn't your average steakhouse. Favorite dishes include lobster bisque, considerably the best in town. The seared foie gras, braised Chilean sea bass, pan-roasted sea scallops and a great selection of dry aged, prime, and Wagyu Beef are other fabulous selections. Vegan selections are also available. The signature drink is the Witch Doctor - and it's literally smokin'. The dry ice potion consists of five rums and fruit juice in a fish bowl-type glass. If this drink doesn't cast a spell on you, we're not sure what will.
