We went with 7 (german) guys for dinner at HRC, Reservation ws made but at arrival the table wasn't ready and we had to wait for about 20minutes.
After that our not very friendly waiter guided us to the table and asked for the orders, we told him that we need menu first and that it will take a few minutes for us to translate the menu to some guys from our group. We told him separate checks and ordered our drinks and food, the food arrived in total different times, means that some were neerly ready before others got the food. Same problem with the drinks, i ordered with the hurricane glas and got my drink, the persone right next to me got the same order (without glas) and he got a smaller size glas for the same price :-(. My Ribs were served nearly "blackburnt" and inside nearly dried out, but in a good amount of ribs, the beans and fries were nearly cold upon arrival at the table. Beans tasted not so good therefor i left them on the plate. None of the persons at the table got (alcoholic- or citrus-) clean wipes for the fingers, only after ordering this the waiter brought some.
Waiter hurried us to finish and brought a bill for the whole table, we told him that we asked for separate checks and that nearly pissed him off, maybe his shift ended early. After that he showed up at the table with separate checks and it took us a long time to get all the things straightened out. On my check he forgot the customer number for the Hardrockrewards and as well he never delivered the free dessert to me (we spoke about the REWARD customer number upon ordering and as well about the free desert for me as member).
Usually worldwide HRC is a good place to be for food and drinks, Vegas HRC will not be visited again from me after this experiance.

We always try to hunt down Hard Rock Cafes on our journeys this one didn't disappoint. The menu is MUCH smaller due to Covid and some of your favorites might be gone. The food is tasty and our waitress was sweet. The memorabilia was kind of few since this was a smaller than usual café.
The music also seemed to be a little too loud at this location. Hearing the waitress and her hearing us was hard and caused our order to be a little wrong ~ I think the mask on top of the noise definitely helped in the miscommunication.

Great food and service as always at the hard rock! Server was great and was really helpful when one member of the party needed a gluten free menu. All food was served together and was delicious. No complaints! As always would always recommend!

We had a 5:30pm reservation Upon arrival the hostess notified the restaurant upstairs that we had arrived. Temperature check was done. Mine was a little high from walking from the hotel to the restaurant. I stood under a fan they provided for a minute or two then retook temperature which was fine and on our way we went. We were greeted by the server as soon as we sat down. Only took about 10 minutes for our food to arrive once we ordered. We both ordered steak with vegetables and a ceaser salad. It was excellent. Cooked to perfection. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. I'm glad we made the decision to eat here. I will be back.

To start with my review we love the brand Hard Rock Cafe- we have been to many and are regular visitors to the London venues and will always visit ones wherever we are travelling. We have been to the Las Vegas one multiple times and the experience and food has been great. We arrived for lunch today at 11:45 and was seated outside quickly. We ordered our food and asked for our starters to be brought first so we had a gap in our meal. After about 40 minutes our waitress finally came back and said she would chase where our food was. She came back with the starters and they were cold, then 2 minutes later our mains arrive. Some of our parties main courses were again cold and the server had missed part of our order. The only time our waitress came back to us was to ask whether everything was ok pretty much after we had finished. One member of our party was still eating yet she cleared the table and then brought the bill so we couldn’t order anything else even if we had wanted to. The restaurant was empty yet we felt like we were being rushed out. Not a great experience at all and will not rush back to the LV one. To make it worse the other waitress who was serving the other tables not ours was extremely attentive, had given them all water and told them to take their time. We got very unlucky but for a $240 meal it’s not on

We make sure to stop here every time we come to Vegas. We usually go for breakfast; however, with the virus and everything reopening with reduced hours we decided to give it a try for dinner. We haven’t been to Vegas since before the shut down and were excited to return. We made reservations online and had no trouble getting a table. Upon arrival they take temperature readings before you come in. I personally loved that they did this. They were the only restaurant we visited on the strip that did this during our stay. Since you unmask to eat I appreciated the extra step of precaution for their staff and other guests. Tables were spaced apart and it was a great experience. Our meals were delicious and the wait staff was very kind and attentive. We shopped at the store after our meal and were greeted by more amazing staff. Thank you Hard Rock staff for always providing a wonderful experience every time we visit! Make sure you include Hard Rock in your next Vegas visit. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Enjoyed our dinner and the vibe at this restaurant! The menu was a little smaller that what we remembered from going to HRC in the past, but that was most likely due to COVID. The grilled chicken sandwich and chicken fingers were very good, and our server was terrific....just the right amount of attentiveness, not too much or too little. We did feel a little bit bad for the restaurant, the city of Las Vegas plopped a big overhead crosswalk right in front of it so it is difficult to see the cool looking guitar that they've always had out in front.
The gift shop was fantastic, they even had changing rooms so you could make sure you were buying the correct size. Made sure to purchase a few souvenirs while we were there.
Well done Hard Rock, we will be back again!

My wife and I visited the Hard Rock Cafe, Las Vegas at 5pm Sunday 8th May 2022, having been there several times before when visiting Las Vegas.
Walked in and the place was quite empty with lots and lots of staff walking about. Taken through to a booth at the back of the restaurant, overlooking the door into the kitchen.
When we were seated, the server gave us menus and commented how it was strange that there was only one fork on the table. Food and drinks ordered and drinks came relatively quickly. During the wait, my wife noticed the seat was broken so had to shuffle along the booth to a firm area of the seat.
Food came with the obligatory “enjoy guys” comment. When I asked for some cutlery in order to eat the food, the server came back with 2 forks, dropped them on then table and walked off. Next the original server came over and asked if everything was okay, to which we had to ask for knives. The knives came and we ate our food.
I had a chicken salad bowl and it was tasty although the chicken was stone cold. My wife had a plant based burger and that was fine.
During our visit, the restaurant was not well maintained i.e. tables were dirty, cutlery and mats were missing etc. There appeared to be more servers than I had ever seen before, most aimlessly wondering about, oblivious to their core duties of maintaining clean areas to eat and serving customers.
We will not be returning to this venue again.

Came in for breakfast and a cocktail. It is not cheap but it is the Hard Rock and the Strip so what do you expect? Had the breakfast burritos - very tasty along with some good coffee and followed with an excellent espresso martini. Service was excellent (Johnny is a star) and the restaurant is full of rock memorabilia. As an added bonus we we were treated to some live music - singer and guitar which is real added value for me.

We booked this venue months before our wedding, the planner changed 3 times before our date and as a result we didn’t get anything arranged, we paid for a 3 course meal for a father who is gluten free, despite warning of this he could only eat half of one of the dishes. The ‘senior’ person just refers me to a contract and has no empathy for the poor job she has done, this was our wedding and they dropped the ball. Offered us a free meal next time we are in vegas, we live in the UK she may as well have said she didn’t care! We live a hard rock we wouldn’t go back to this one after this awful experience. May be ok for a quick bite to eat but they can’t handle and event

Popped in here for Christmas dinner...and was pleasantly surprised! If there's one thing this English bloke enjoys, and that's an American Burger, and what better way to enjoy one on Christmas Day than at the Hard Rock Cafe.
We were surprised at being able to get a table quickly and dealt with very quickly by our server, furnishing us with our cocktails with efficiency...
The burgers didn't disappoint, and, although they were quite busy we weren't rushed and allowed to take our time after what'd been a long day of walking!
Big praise for our server who appreciated our sense of humour (Sorry I can't remember your name!)
OK, it was the Hard Rock Cafe....but, it was a good one!
Music was great, not too loud, and the loos were clean.

I always enjoy visiting the Hard Rock Cafes as I have been to several around the country and also in Munich. My girlfriends and I were in Vegas for the weekend and decided to stop by. We called ahead to make a reservation and was told there was no need to make a reservation if we came now so we did. We had no wait. We had a delicious dinner but my favorite is always the Hurricane adult beverage and the Twisted Mac, Chicken and Cheese. I do not remember our waitress's name but she was very friendly and asked us where we were from; we proudly told her Iowa. Love the food, love the ambiance, love that our waitress pointed out that the guitar next to our booth was owned by a member of the band Styx, which is very cool as we had seen them in August at our Iowa State Fair. We also purchased some very cool items in the gift shop for our family members. Hard Rock Cafe offers a military discount and I appreciated that as well. Keep rockin' we will be back again!

This is located right in the strip close to the MGM Grand & across the street from the Aria. We had the sampler plate and enjoyed everything, although the wings were a little too spicy for our tastes.
If you’re unfamiliar with the franchise, they’re famous for their burgers and rock & roll memorabilia in the restaurants. They had some nice items in this location.
Service was attentive and friendly. Food came quickly. There was no wait, although we were there fairly late on the evening.

Came here again for a hungover breakfast. The menu was pretty small but had everything you wanted. The food is slightly premium priced however it is good quality for what you pay. I had the New York Steak and Eggs and it was the best I had whilst in Vegas.
The service was brilliant too with our waitress giving menu tips and going above and beyond to help serve us. It's in a good location, mid-strip, and the gift shop has everything you'd want for souvenirs too.
As mentioned, it may be slightly more than what you'd like to pay for breakfast but well worth it.

My wife & I found the "sweet spot" of the Hard Rock schedule in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, and were seated immediately in their narrow 2nd story outdoor dining space. Lauren was a very personable & attentive server, and the hostesses & food servers were equally customer-friendly. Our Legendary Burger & BBQ Bacon Burger were each cooked to order (well done but not overdone), with generous portions & tasty fresh toppings & the best seasoned fries we've had in a long time. We never felt rushed during our visit, and it was one of our best meals in Las Vegas. We tried to grab a late breakfast there on Saturday morning, but the waiting line was out the street-level door. We would definitely return to the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas - and we'd reserve a table next time.
