FOR: 1) Huge variety of quality food including "ethnic" items 2) Spacious & well lit dining area with upbeat ambience music AGAINST: 1) Service was OK in general, but well below the Wynn Buffet 2) If you don't like bright lights and volume, this may not be for you (I don't mind) Enjoy !!

We read all the reviews about the fabulous seafood buffet and were super excited to try. There was (served cold) boiled shrimp, stone crab, pre-sliced crab legs, king crab legs, oysters, & sushi and (warm) steamed crab legs & clarified butter. The pre-sliced legs were dry & hard to remove the shell and the shrimp were chewy. My husband enjoyed... More

We usually do not like buffet's because the food is usually made in large quantities and sits and is poor quality. NOT this buffet, a lot of nice choices, great taste, loved the fresh salad, the meat carving station and even the seafood. I would go back and would recommend

At Aria, the buffet is really awesome. It is somewhat pricey, but the variety is very good, dishes are tasty, and very good quality. A special shout out to the awesome waitress Mary Ann, who was very kind to us and made us felt welcome. I highly recommend this buffet, if you wanna have a great time and lunch or... More

I loved the little portions. The atmosphere is great - the restaurant has sophisticated, clean lines. Several stations - each representing a cuisine - Latin, seafood, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, etc. Excellent deserts. Great value on the strip - lunch or breakfast at most a la carte restaurants will cost anywhere from 25% to 100% more. Only downside is that if... More

This was a great buffet. Not 100's of choices, but what they do have is great. Pre-cracked King crab legs were our favorite. We'll be back.

We had breakfast twice and dinner once while there. Both were great and the price not bad for Vegas standards. Breakfast has excellent carved turkey and the sliced pancake is awesome. Dinner had mouth watering prime rib and the garlic mashed potatoes are my favorite. Cant wait to come back.

Buffet even though expensive provides excellent varieties of food catering to all nationalities. One should have ample spare time to enjoy the buffet as waiting in queue could be as much as half hour to 45 minutes and one must have reasonable amount of time to enjoy wide variety of dishes and desserts.

It took the server 15 minutes after being seated to offer us anything to drink. We have to summon another staff to look for our server so we may order drinks. I frequent Las Vegas and this is the worse service I have ever encountered in all the buffets I have visited in Las Vegas. For $40 per person, I... More
