Instead of the ubiquitous food court in the ParkMGM hotel, they have Eataly, which is designed to emulate an Italian market - different stalls with pasta, pizza, Italian Street food, Italian pastries, breads, and at least two bar stalls. It is much nicer than the...usual fast food offerings you get in many Las Vegas hotels, but also I suspect a bit more expensive. I tried some of the street food during my four day stay at the resort. The arancini disappointingly was actually still cold in the centre, but the large sandwich I had was good - cheese and ham on very fresh bread, toasted. I also had pasta one evening - sage ravioli in brown butter and Parmesan, which again was excellent. And the patisserie is sublime, a great range of breakfast pastries as well as sweet cakes and biscuits throughout the day. There is so much choice across all the stalls that it was difficult to choose! Another benefit is that if friends want to eat together but cannot decide what to eat, they can go to different food stalls and still eat their food together.More

Noisy atmosphere. I had the lasagna and it was overcooked mush. My wife had the mushroom pasta which wasn't even edible. $85 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. Never again!

Vegas has come a long way and I love that it’s all based around food! Having a food hall is what this place needed. Eataly is also in NY and in London. It’s Italian food and focused on fresh ingredients. Located inside Park MGM but...can also gain access from the street level. When you walk in from the street level, there’s a directory map showcasing all 22 vendors and a brief summary of what each one specializes in. We ordered from two vendors. The first was Il Fritto which focuses on Italian street foods. We ordered Fritto de Pesce ($28) it’s a mixture of fried fish, shrimp, butternut squash and red bell peppers. It came with an aioli sauce for dipping. This dish came out on a tray that’s larger than the sample that they had on display. But I still don’t think it’s worth $28. If it’s not in Vegas, maybe it would be $18. Next we ordered from La Pasta Fresca and got pappardelle con funghi which is mushroom no meat for $21. Loved the house made pasta and mushroom creamy thick sauce. All vendors at Eataly give out a bee we so that you can continue to walk around and it’ll alert you food is ready. Seats are hard to come by, you’ll have to stock someone who’s about to leave. The gelato line is alway ridiculous long out the door.More

Very pricey pasta with very small portions! Asked server why they portion is so small he said this is European sized at 4oz! I’ve never had this experience in Italy… unfriendly staff! If I want a European experience, I would be in Europe, don’t give...excuses to your customer for serving over priced foodMore

This is located in the bottom of the hotel we stayed in so it was super convenient to stop here for drinks on NYE or a quick dinner before heading out to the strip for the night. The Aperol bar is excellent, as is the...wine bar, and the palla pizza is great too! It matches the other Eataly’s you’ll find for quality and authenticity.More

First day I bought and order to go food here…he got my order wrong even though he confirmed and verify the item…he put two shintake fritti instead of one and the polentini…second nite I order a pork with salad and told them to go and...ended up being served in a tray…the chef just took the pork chop and salad and stuffed it in the box…third night i ordered two pizza and once again they just handed to me in a tray although it was said to go…the worst part is that this lady when told that it’s to go looked at me in the eye and just gave me two bags and left .. is this a customer service oriented food area or just people who doesn’t care about customer service … shame shame Shame…More

Many places to eat and drink. So much looked good at some of the sandwich shops but never made it. We had gelato twice though. Very close to what we had while living in Italy except not as many selections..

Good Italian food. The food was a bit pricey but affordable. The taste was very authentic. There was a large variety .
