On our resent trip to Las Vegas we were lucky enough to happen upon Borders Grill at the Mandalay Bay. Food was good service was friendly and prompt, environment was a little loud however we were seated next to a bachelorette party so that can be overlooked. All in all well worth it.

The menu is decent with an extensive drink menu. Liked it enough to come back. Our server was great and got me another drink when my mojito was poorly made.

We had a pre-wedding dinner at the Border Grill at Mandalay Bay. About 30 people attended in our group and ordered an assortment of dinners from menu. The reviews were all positive and our service from Jamie was very good. Their menu was upscale and unique.

Dined at the outside bar, and got the ceasar salad with chicken. It was so fresh! The chicken was yummy, and the quacomole we had for appetizer was delicious. Excellent service, too.

We always make a stop at Border Grille whenever we're in Vegas. The food runs from solid to really good. The weekend brunch has always been amazing, until our recent visit. The price is now $35 per person. They recommend you order 3 small plates at a time, however, we wanted a slower pace. So we ordered two each. The... More

Fun place to eat that I've seen on the Food Network channel before. Happy to have had the chance to eat there. Great simple Mexican food. Quite a walk from the regular part of the hotel, but very close to the pool area. My husband even got take out to come back and eat at the pool.

Visited as a party of two for lunch last week. We sat downstairs and it was bright and cheerful. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. The tortilla chips and salsa & brisket taquitos were especially good. Ask for the habanero sauce if you like to live dangerously. I only regret that we were unable... More

I was at a trade show at Mandalay Bay and went here for lunch. I think most people don't realize they have downstairs seating and a full outdoor bar. It's in the shade so even in the summer it's nice out here. What a great spot to take a break from the trade show floor and go have a drink... More

Expensive, and not authentic Mexican food at all!!!! 2 entrees, 1 appetizer, 1 alcoholic beverage put us over $100... A new chef should be hired to go more authentic on their dishes!!! I would Not visit here ever again..

Description
Welcome to Border Grill, Las Vegas' destination restaurant overlooking the Lazy River just off Mandalay Beach, where Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, Bravo's "Top Chef Masters" and Food Network's "Too Hot Tamales," want nothing more than to spice up your day. With two floors of patio dining, and a beautiful outdoor bar, it's the perfect setting for sipping margaritas and savoring the bold flavors of Mexico while enjoying views of the beach and pool. Border Grill Las Vegas is located in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. There's so much to do at Mandalay Bay. The Shark Reef, right next door to the restaurant, features sharks of all kinds, as well as a slew of exotic, predatory marine life. Stop by for fish tacos after and have the last word in the food chain.
