The breakfast was good food. However, for lunch the next day, something I ate did not agree with me at all and caused some digestive "issues". Service was good both times we were there. The bakery had some yummy items.
This place is much improved since it was renovated. I love their Honey Walnut Shrimp ($15). It had 8 large Shrimp and Broccoli Crowns in a sweet honey sauce topped with glazed walnuts and a side of white rice. It was excellent. My husband got...the Monday’s Daily Special ($12.99) – Filet Mignon with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli Crowns and he said his steak was very tender and cooked to order.
They have a wide variety of items on the menu, ranging from dinners, sandwiches, burgers plus a Daily Special Monday thru Friday.
Service was very good.More
Thank you to Restuarant Managers Mike and Spencer for taking care of my family and I to ensure we had nothing short of great service ! Appreciate Arturos attention !
We thoroughly enjoyed our surf and turf dinners but the star of dinner was not...dinner but the Red Velvet cookie lava brownie dessert!
I’m not much of a dessert person and rarely have enough room to eat any more but it sounded to good to pass up.
Sure enough ! It did not disappoint!
I’m so glad we gave them another chance !
Check them out they are open 24 hrs!

Met some friends from the Netherlands here on Christmas. Restaurant was very busy at 6PM, staff was straight out busy, but very professional, we had a great server, who provided great service and a ready smile. Can not say enough about her! Menu very well...rounded, many options including a large vegan section, of which I ordered the Black Bean Pasta, to try something different from normal coffee shop fare. Meal was very good, tasty and not at all like some vegan food: blah. My compliments to all the staff there.More
The Lucky Penny is a 24 hour restaurant located in the Palms. It is decently priced (not extravagent by Vegas standards) and lots of options. I didn't feel that the food was amazing. Staff was nice, but it took a long time to get seated,...and a really long time to get served our food. The food wasn't much to write home about, but maybe something else on the menu would be great. I would eat here if I was in a pinch, but it definately isn't my first pick.More

Went for breakfast. Our server was great. The place was clean and bright. The service was fast. Some of my breakfast was so so (the scrambled eggs were a little soft for me) but the smashed potatoes were unique and good and the crispy bacon...was yummy. Nice to have a casual dining option.More
Went to the Palms to check it out - we had just arrived and were starving. Being late and off the strip - we didn't know what was available, and then we were told of the Lucky Penny in the Palms. Very up to date,...modern and clean looking restaurant, with a very detailed menu! They have all comfort foods and their Zucchini sticks I recommend as they are done with their own personal flair - and were very tasty! Had a burger - it wasn't a hand made beef patty but was very tasty. The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional..A surprise find that I would recommend to everyone who wants a bite late night that isn't a fast food chain!More
Went there to have a late breakfast with my husband since we were staying at The Palms. We were seated right away but had to wait a while for our waiter. Not sure if they were understaffed but the place was no where near being...packed. The food was good. I ordered a 'Vegas' rendition of Eggs Benedict. It was good but the coffee was better. I went here the night before since they had my alcohol that I wanted but I waited 15 minutes for the bartender. He was in the back getting customer's food. Wondering why the hostess couldn't do that. Food was ok, service could be better but we probably would have gotten better service at Denny's next door.More
