this place is great, food is awesome. service was great until the end. I thought the coffee and soda was included. the server asked if we would like a cappacino thinking it was part of the price. Which is over 50.00 per person. everything was great until we got the bill, you can't assume people know your policies you must say is ok 15.00 for 2 capps

Summerlin; great menu; we had special reservations for 6 (with a requested table, called and confirmed, arrived 10 minutes early and they gave our table away. mgr came over and apologized and nothing else). Coconut chicken pops- were dry and tasteless. Berry salad was fresh and tasty Wife had Buffet….menu looks great but very expensive. Buffet gad large assortment and food was average. If you eat more then $30-$50 - then thus is a good. Deal

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was at this restaurant. We at there on Thanksgiving and I am so thankful that we were able to get reservations because it turned out to be a wonderful dining experience. We often eat at Brazilian Steakhouses but this one had some very nice food options. They had a cart that went around with a Large Stuffed Turkey and the gravy was really yummy. All of our meats were cooked to perfection and we had a choice of rare or medium with each type. That doesn't sound like much however we have experienced restaurants that only had very very rare cuts and they doesn't work for my daughter. They brought many side dishes to our table and they were all tasty. The cocktails that we ordered were well made and definitely Instagram picture worthy. Overall I am very happy that we chose to celebrate our Thanksgiving at this restaurant. Our waitress was very attentive, parking was easy and the music created just the right dining experience

My boyfriend and I went here the night before Valentine's day because we didn't want to deal with a crowd. We got there at 8 pm. We told our server that my boyfriend liked his meat blue (rarer than rare) and that I liked mine medium rare. Those guys sold us whatever was on their stick, they just wanted to get rid of it. They didn't care what the customer asked for. We probably asked for special cuts cooked rare seven or eight times. I asked to speak to a manager when I went to the ladies room, and no manager was forthcoming. I asked another three or four times for a manager. Finally this wimpy woman comes out and asks if everything was all right. I told her our meal sucked, that my boyfriend just got his first piece of meat cooked to his liking just now, after being there for 45 minutes. I told her I asked 4 times to speak to a manager. Her response was "I was working". I told her all about our experience and she walked away from our table. I asked her what she was going to do for us and she turned around and said "nothing." They must have a lot of complaints because they won't tell you the owner's name. They said they could get fired if they gave it out. If I had paid for dinner, I would have done a chargeback with the credit card company. Room was cheaply decorated, with red fabric hanging everywhere and mismatched fake flowers. Just not the elegant experience of Fogo de Chao or the fun of Texas de Brazil. The salad bar was like an afterthought. Nothing interesting on it. I felt terribly insulted by the manager's unprofessionalism. When I asked her what she was going to do for us, I was expecting an apology, or a response of let me make this right for you, or let me look into this for you. I wasn't expecting anything for free, but an offer of a drink or dessert might have been thoughtful gesture. I will never go back. Wanna be Brazilian steakhouse hacks.

I work as a Travel Concierge on the Las Vegas Strip and send dining referrals to my guests every day. This has gone from my number one referral to now just taking it off my list completely. Pre Covid this place was nothing short of spectacular. Succulent meats and one of the most expansive and delicious appetizers, soup, and salad bars in the city. Now that Bar is filled with silk flowers. Everything is a la carte. The restaurant is capacity controlled so not many patrons allowed. It has killed the entire vibe and set up. Such an unfortunate ending for one of my former favorite places to eat. I went there last nite for my birthday. The salad was decent, the Lobster Bisque was still good as was the Feijoada. Yet, the meat whether you go the rare or well done was just abysmal. The food had no taste except the well done which was just crusty burnt beef jerky. They keep coming by trying to unload the meats you do not want and never bring what you ask for. The side dishes were bland, basically inedible, bland tasteless. Runny bland flan and soggy tasteless coconut cake. The servers were just as kind and professional as ever. It made me feel sorry for them since the servers are all top-notch excellent people. It is a shame they have to serve this garbage now. I am afraid that will be my last visit. This place is over and on its way out. Sadly many of the great former Vegas restaurants the were spectacular pre-Covid are just awful or painfully mediocre now in this new Covid capacity-controlled environment. They can't make the magic happen anymore in this new reality. So far Lakeside at the Wynn, Top of the World at Strat, and Eiffel Tower at the Paris are all still consistently good for the time being. Those are where I will be sending my Birthday, Anniversary, and Honeymoon Couples to celebrate. Yet, I can no longer put my name or endorse Via Brasil. I hope one day they will make a comeback to their former glory. However, for now this shinning star has fallen.

There are many more steakhouse in Las Vegas that has better food at more reasonable prices. At this place you pay $55 per person for all you can eat . But there is a trick to that , every 15 minutes a server bring a dry kind of meat to your table and he cut a small portion for you . Put it all together at the end you will receive less than one complete steak by the time you are full. $55 doesn’t include drinks and tips . Only a few small portions of dry and fatty meat .

3 of us on Wednesday 9 March 2022 @ 8:15pm. We just did the salad bar, dissatisfied with selection. I saw no shrimp, the one option was a small lettuce cup that I thought had shrimp, but it was fake shrimp, at Texas de Brasil they use real shrimp. As a matter of fact it was lacking a lot more then a few items that other Brazilian restaurants have. Service was 5 out of 10. The quality was just ok at best, but not for the price they charge. The flooring was very greasy/slippery and having 2 total knee replacements within the last year I was really careful not to slip. There was maybe 10 other people there at the time having a late dinner. Price was about 110.00 + for 3 people that included 1 glass of wine and a ice tea. It was a sub standard salad bar. No sanitation spray was available at the salad bar, I saw no one cleaning the utensils at the salad bar, not sure what’s going on there but I won’t be back. I’ll pay the extra to go to Texas de Brasil. At 9pm they said the salad bar was going to close down. My wife mentioned that there was a strange odor though out the restaurant. Disappointed over all and won’t be back. My 25 year old daughter only went 1 time to salad bar and ate only half her original salad bar plate, she was still hungry. Overall, a less then pedestrian Brasilin experience. To bad because the outside of the building looks beautiful inside not so much. Server left a pitcher of ice tea on the table for me to refill my own glass. I hope they up the experience in food quality and service. If you go I hope you have a better occurrence -

We enjoyed the large salad bar. The meats were good, not spectacular and the meal was overpriced for the quality. The service was attentive but the actual delivery of the meats and sides was very slow and we had to constantly remind our attentive waiter that we were waiting on food. The biggest positive surprise was the salmon entry- it was great.

My daughter and son-in-law treated me to Via Brasil for Sunday Brunch! I can’t wait to go back! It was so good. Staff were amazing.....constantly coming around and shaving off the different meats, and pineapple. The potatoes were superb. Bacon perfectly cooked. Absolutely loved the crepe with Nutella. The drinks awesome. Definitely will be returning.

Bottom Line: Don't waste your time or money. Go to Fogo de Chão!! Long & Sad Tale of Woe: Unfortunately (never a good way to start a review), we had an absolutely terrible experience on 11/11/23 at this restaurant. We had heard very good things over the years from a dear friend, who has since passed away, and came full of hope and high expectations for Date Night. Instead, our anticipation quickly turned into disappointment and eventually to downright irritation and anger. Our server, Lucy, initially seemed on top of things and asked us to let her know if we wanted to try any particular cuts of meat that may take longer than usual to prepare. We told her prime rib and lamb chops and she assured us they would come out promptly. After 90 minutes (LITERALLY, 90!) and multiple reassurances and apologizes from no less than 4 different employees of varying degrees of authority, we barely got 1 pass of the lamb chops (that were tiny) and never saw the prime rib. We also never received some of the sides we had ordered with Lucy. Sadly, the salad bar was abysmal and the other 90 minutes of our stay was met with extremely sporadic meat service (waiting at least 10 minutes per pass, often longer) that mainly focused on pushing cheap cuts of poultry, sausage, and bbq pork ribs that we would not even eat. My husband's personal favorite, picanha, first came out (about 45 minutes in and after asking for it multiple times) so overcooked it was gray and leathery and then we had to wait, once again, at least another 30 minutes before we saw it again. At $60 per person, the entire experience was downright insulting. The management came by our table multiple times apologizing for the continued wait for the lamb chops, prime rib, and picanha, and assuring us they were "checking with the kitchen", etc, but never once seemed to be able to make the requested meats appear much less practice true service recovery. They could've offered a free dessert, comped one of our drinks, heck even allowed us to take home our lamb chop bones to our dog (as we requested), but no. They did NOTHING to rectify this horrible and expensive situation. Actions truly speak louder than the litany of cheap and ineffectual words that were spewed at us for over 90 minutes. We will gladly spend the extra $6.50 per person to go to Fogo de Chão in the future and strongly encourage everyone else to follow suit. If you still choose to try Via Brasil, you can't say I didn't warn you.

My friend and I went for dinner and just had the salad bar. One side was actual salad items while the other side had a few additional items like marinated mushrooms, a lettuce cup with seafood, bruschetta, a whole plate of gherkins (really), hearths of palm (should be a salad item) carpaccio, tomatoes and balls of mozzarella, and some sort eggplant. There were a few hot dishes but none of them were that interesting. While service was attentive it is not a trip I would repeat.

This place is horrible! If I could give it a Zero, I would. The customer service is terrible! We booked a wedding and it was a disaster! Tables were not set up, short of table cloths to cover tables, and the meats didn't pass us but once in a great while. Manager was not available and didn't pass on information to the Catering Mgr, who was new, and no one had a clue on what was going on! After paying all that money and bringing in all those guests, I would hope they would be grateful... NOT! We will never return here and will not recommend this place to family, friends, and others who want to do parties here. They have no experience and couldn't plan anything. DON'T GO HERE!! It's a waste of money and time. Go somewhere they appreciate your time and has great customer service, not these people!! It's AWFUL!!!

This place it’s probably one of the best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to. I’ve tried quite a few, in a few different states. And Via Brasil has the best meat options and pao de queijo I’ve had. The flank steak was incredibly addicting and definitely worth a try. The service was also good and attentive.

I visted for brunch and it was very affordable. There were a variety of options on the salad bar as well as the omelet and crepe stations. The meats were all good, but the grilled pineapple and the grilled cheese (not a sandwich) were the absolute best!
