A very good dining experience for a large group. Great service and very good food. The portions were generous but not overwhelming at all. An all round great experience. Located in the Canal Shoppes so it's easy to get to as well.

I had a Kobe steak and we ordered a few side dishes to share. It was honestly the best red meat dish I have ever had. The meat itself, the seasoning, the cook was perfect. There is also a very high end selection of wines offered. The staff is very helpful. Even though we were late for our reservation and... More

I was enthusiastically explaining the experience with a dear friend of mine tonight when he told me I was describing The Dance! I had no idea that I was witnessing greatness, the service level is off the charts. Dining at a table of 10 on a business trip with Lowe's and it was outstanding! Once you get pass the amazing... Stopped in for a bite prior to going to a show. The food was phenomenal. I was by myself so I sat at the bar, which offered prompt service and provided me a great spot to people watch and chat with strangers. I ordered the Illinois petit filet which was $65. Now, I 'm not the kind of guy who... More

Had a great experience! Service was top of the line from beginning to end. Great selection of appetizers, entrees, and wines. Not cheap, but truly believe that comparing it to other options in the city that we went to, this one by far was worth the money. I recommend it and will return as soon as posible.

I normally shy away from well-known chef's restaurants. However I do really enjoy fine meats. I had heard good things about this restaurant so I decided to check it out. Overall I would recommend trying the restaurant. They offer a variety of cuts aged for varying lengths of time. I chose the New York strip steak that had been aged... More

Held a business team meeting here and received great service. The appetizers were very good, the fish was pretty good. Nice wine and drinks list. A bit loud and limited non-beef options for table group. Overall I would eat there again, especially if looking for steak as others enjoyed theirs immensely.

We felt Cut didn't achieve the standard for the fine dining steak restaurant it is evidently looking to be, and is priced to be. We had a superb bottle of red wine at our waiter's recommendation. Service was not as warm or efficient as we expected, and the restaurant was a bit too bustling and noisy to be a relaxing... More

Anniversary dinner. Everything, and I mean everything was amazing. Hubby said best steak of his life. The chef kindly signed our menus.

Thank Nancy H
