Typical Las Vegas buffet. Good food and lots of it, but nothing exceptional. A bit pricey. Crab legs are small and difficult...must save the real ones for their seafood buffet. At five it was good...by six it was packed with a huge line.

A must in every trip to Vegas. A bit on the pricey side, but I have yet to find a buffet with a bigger or better selection. Staff treats you very well. If you manage to get to sit in the VIP section, ask for Junior. He's fast, friendly and funny!

Attentive staff at the buffet, and plenty of food. Crab legs are water logged and oversalted. Gelato is tasty. Nice selection of soups/pho's made to order. Get there early as the line is long as evening progresses.

When visiting Vegas, we enjoy trying the numerous buffet options. Our hands-down favorite is Carnival World. The quality and variety of food are excellent. We ate here for both lunch and dinner. The main difference between lunch and dinner is that dinner includes snow crab legs, chilled and hot. Both include a huge selection of gelato flavors and a choice... More

We used to always come here. This past time so disappointed. So much Asian food which I love but the quality had gone down. Desserts not even a good selection.

My husband and I paid nearly $80 total for this buffet and it was the hugest disappointment possible. Crab legs were cold and tasteless, sushi was horrible, and most everything else was basic and not worth the expensive cost or wait to get in. Save your money and go anywhere else. The only two good things were the banana cream... More

We went to Rio expecting to dive into the Seafood Buffett which didn't open until 3:30 meaning we had an almost 3 hour wait. Rather than go to another location, we decided to try Carnival World. After a maybe 20 minute wait, we were seated and happily overwhelmed with the wide range of choices. My son focused on the gelato... More

They have a great range of food for even you picker eaters. Service is good but they no longer offer a Total Rewards discount ;0(

Buffet?...Buffet?...or buffet?...being in Vegas we chose the Carnival World Buffet at the Rio due to the reviews I found online. The variety of food options was ok, but nothing you wouldn't find at any other buffet in Vegas! The dessert station was very small and very disappointing!! When in Vegas one expects things to be over the top. There was... More

The Carnival World Buffet offers an excellent dining experience. While not up to the level of the extravagant Buffet at Bellagio or Wynn, it sits comfortably among the next higher tier buffets. This makes it a wonderful bargain. Food is consistently great.
