The wait was an hour. Fortunately (unfortunately) our flight was delayed. Only two workers, who were not concerned that the line went far out the entrance. Slow moving. In addition, breakfast sandwiches were bland. We requested hot water (because we brought our own tea bag)...and were charged full coffee price. The only saving grace was that my 11-year-old enjoyed his cinnamon roll. Pro-tip - go across the way for Jamba Juice and a bagel. I did that while the husband was in line here. I waited in a slightly shorter line there, ordered, waited, then went to the bathroom and my husband had only moved halfway up the line. Yes - we should’ve gotten out of that line and moved on. But we were already so invested. ;)More

Anyone who knows me is aware of the fact that I’m a big fan of Cinnabon. Most of my fandom probably springs from fond childhood memories of the “sweetest brand on Earth;” after all, I can still recall my childhood visits to the Cinnabon location...at Metrotown Mall in Burnaby, BC, like they were yesterday. Whenever the family and I visited that mall, Cinnabon was a “must stop.” Neither I nor my grandparents could resist the ooey-gooey goodness of the classic Cinnabon roll. Their smell wafted through the mall and beckoned all who were near. That Cinnabon location closed nearly 20 years ago. After its closure, the only avenue I had to eat Cinnabon, at least in BC, was at YVR Airport’s US-departures area, post-security. Thus, visits were far and few between. Much to my chagrin, that location closed about three years ago. It is for that reason – the fact that there are no more Cinnabon units in BC – that I try to go out of my way to sample these swirled sensations whenever I come across one in my travels. That’s basically what brought me to this Cinnabon unit, which is located in Terminal 1, at the D Gates, of McCarran Airport. Cinnabon beckoned just as it did during childhood. Because this Cinnabon is located inside a major US airport it, unlike the majority of its mall-based counterparts, contains a cozy seating area in which you can enjoy your delectable treats. For a high traffic airport unit, I found it to be reasonably clean. I settled on the classic Cinnabon roll and -- to be blunt -- enjoyed every bite. The Cinnabon was served hot, soft and with ample icing. There's nothing quite like the sweet flavours and ooey-gooey goodness of these rolls! FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 4/5 RECOMMENDATION: Even all these years later I still hold this chain in high regard. Nowadays, I do find them a bit on the sweet side, so I rarely finish a roll, but that doesn’t diminish them in any way. It’s a natural progression. Often times what we think is fantastic in childhood might not be so into adulthood. Thankfully, even though my tolerance for sweet has dropped somewhat, I still enjoy these special buns! This is the first time my wife and I have had Cinnabon. What a treat, it was so good. We will definitely visit other locations

Hands down the best cinnamon bun I've ever had. My family loved the coffee too. I like the smell so much when I got home I bought the Cinnabon Glade plug-in. I would not suggest this unless you want your house to smell like cinnamon...buns 24/7. Which will drive you crazy......;)More

The Cinnabon's were hot. The coffee was hot but tasted poorly. The customer service was ok, at the airport they are in a hurry to get you in and out. It wasn't as clean as we'd like lots of sticky places, but again in a...hurry, not much staff to monitor the dinning area. We've had better fresher Cinnabon's but it did the trick for what we needed.More

The service was about the only thing to write about....if you eat at the mall stores, you get more icing. These were served as hot as the coffee, but still a little dry due to the lack of icing....not a good experience. Coffee appeared to...be watered down, but still 1/2 the price of Starbucks.More

My partner in business is addicted to Cinnabon and Its a ritual when we hit an airport or flight transfer for him to sneak off and grab a sticky, gooey cinnamon bun. I usually get something plainer or I scrape 90% of the sticky gooey...sugar off. I could easily get addicted like him. If my wife had been with us she would of dragged me away since at my age we watch sugar and salt intake.... but boy they are good even de-gooed of the sticky stuff. The store was clean busy and gooey and no matter how I wrap, cut, use utensils I still get gooey. Requiring the mandatory trip to the mens room to get de-gooed. Their stuff is fresh, coffee was good, service was busy but moving along and did I mention the buns were gooey and so were my fingers. It's a good place and one Cinnabon should hold you at least for a three or four hour flight.More

The smell will pull you in as you reach the top of the escalator - but NO! Very, very, Undercooked. Not good. Threw it away after a couple of bites. Should have just enjoyed the aroma.

This is a tradition whenever we are at the airport. We usually fly out very early and fly home very late, but if they are open and we are at the airport. We are definitely stopping. There are not very many in Vegas anymore, so...we gotta get them there. The buns are a complete indulgence, so deliciously decadent and gooey. The staff is always very nice and pretty quick.More

We have made the airport Cinnabon a traditional on our way home as we have none there. Good and fast. Yummy!
