Fredrick's is small, good service, good bar and moderate wine list. The short ribs are to die for and the Fire Cracker Chicken is also very good. Can be noisy when busy.

After reading the reviews here, I had to go in. An older blonde lady working behind the bar gestured for me to sit down anywhere so I sat down and waited. And waited. Some people came in about 4 or 5 minutes after me and sat down. She immediately brought them menus. I waved and asked if I could have... More

I've been to Fredrick's several times during the past three years. Each time the food has been excellent and interesting. Frederick's can be counted on to do things a little bit differently. The service is always good and as a local I often take visitors with me. It's one of my "go to" places in Incline Village and the greater... More

Great dinner in Incline! The Ahi appetizer was fantastic as was the Seafood Hot Pot! Such great flavors in the dishes! The service was great and atmosphere was comfortable. The Bistro is small and intimate but on a Friday night not a quiet place for conversation. It is a fun gathering place however with excellent food! We will return for... More

Looked good from the menu. All 4 of the items we ordered were unacceptable. After complaining the waitress advised that there was a "chef in training" in the kitchen. They should be Ashamed of charging the prices they did!

Great little restaurant that we all enjoyed! Waitstaff was friendly and attentive and the food was really good. My kids loved the cauliflower soup (one way to get them to eat their veggies!) and the rest of us really enjoyed the Asian options. We tried the sashimi, some of the sushi rolls and had the best spicy edamame we have... More

We stumbled across this place after a nice day of skiing. The feel is a relaxed local flair with a semi-upscale trendy vibe; basically, you can roll in with no makeup and ski or boat hair, and still have a nice glass of wine accompanied by delicious sushi. It's a smaller establishment and offers some local specials at the bar... More

Cozy, welcoming Asian Fusion bistro w/crackling fireplace on a COLD New Year's Eve set the atmosphere for a romantic evening with full bar & excellent wine list. Starters: Spicy Edamame w/glass of Champagne - a lovely combination while waiting for the house Lobster Dogs (could make a meal of these alone - SO good) & tasty, Duck Egg Rolls. The... More

The copper bar is a great place to hoist a few. Most entries were wonderful, but the short ribs were some of the best we've ever had. This place and Bite are 2 great places just 2 doors apart.

Thank David H
