Great locals spot that many visitors miss. Comfy setting, great food at fair prices. And always great service.

My husband dropped by this restaurant on a busy Friday night. They were very gracious and gave us one of their last tables. It was obvious that locals frequent this place as the bar area was packed. Both my husband and I had the "coffin bread" sandwich. Wow... this was excellent and the presentation was wonderful. Will we go back?... More

good Asian fusion food - not the best if you're comparing to the Bay Area or southern California restaurants, but definitely one of our favorites in Incline. It's not inexpensive, but the quality of the seafood is very good - and fresh. Nice restaurant with fireplace, it's cozy and has a small bar. Very nice service - have been a... More

The food is interesting and creative. The flavors are unlike the standard fare that is found in most restaurants. We tried Fred's for New Year's eve and it became our favorite restaurant in Incline Village.

Fredrick's is small, good service, good bar and moderate wine list. The short ribs are to die for and the Fire Cracker Chicken is also very good. Can be noisy when busy.

After reading the reviews here, I had to go in. An older blonde lady working behind the bar gestured for me to sit down anywhere so I sat down and waited. And waited. Some people came in about 4 or 5 minutes after me and sat down. She immediately brought them menus. I waved and asked if I could have... More

I've been to Fredrick's several times during the past three years. Each time the food has been excellent and interesting. Frederick's can be counted on to do things a little bit differently. The service is always good and as a local I often take visitors with me. It's one of my "go to" places in Incline Village and the greater... More

Great dinner in Incline! The Ahi appetizer was fantastic as was the Seafood Hot Pot! Such great flavors in the dishes! The service was great and atmosphere was comfortable. The Bistro is small and intimate but on a Friday night not a quiet place for conversation. It is a fun gathering place however with excellent food! We will return for... More

Looked good from the menu. All 4 of the items we ordered were unacceptable. After complaining the waitress advised that there was a "chef in training" in the kitchen. They should be Ashamed of charging the prices they did!
