It has been over 20 years since we ate at the Hacienda De La Sierra. The food was good but the service was lacking.

Not the "I can't wait to go back" type of place but it's good food. Probably the best Mexican in Incline with the exception of T's rotisserie's burritos. Fun atmosphere
The waitress was not friendly, the food was mediocre, there was a bug on the wall, and the decor was not Mexican. The busboy was friendly and doing a great job.
Each time I bring a large group this place it fails to deliver, food is mediocre, service is the same, typical mexican tourist fare-plop of beans and rice with whatever, bar tenders are good, poorly trained service staff, prompt food prep and delivery sometimes
