I had planned a second special evening of celebration for my husbands Birthday. The Lone Eagle Grille did not disappoint. I had made reservations and we were seated at a lovely table by the window. Every person that took care of us, was amazing. Our water glasses never became empty. The wait staff spoiled us beyond measure. The food was... More

Not inexpensive but worth every penny. The dinner menu is somewhat limited but what they lack in choices they make up in quality.

Stop here on our way back to our hotel. We were looking for a nice place with a great view. We were not disappointed. Food was good, and well presented. Also the staff was over the top friendly. The only issue was the older gentleman behind us complained about the sun in his eyes during the sunset so they pulled... More

Lone Eagle is best enjoyed as a lunchtime indulgence. As a special daytime treat are the spectacular window views of the Lake. The menu selection is varied, typically with interesting seafood, pasta and meat choices. On this day I wasn’t thrilled with the inclusion of feta with the scallop dish and my server was more than accommodating in suggesting a... More

We asked for a table by the windows looking out on the lake and it was a beautiful day, the service was very attentive and the decor is comfortable with heavy wood chairs and a fire in the fireplace. Given the location, it is pricey which is to be expected but our lunches were very good. A cool day, otherwise... More

We have eaten at Lone Eagle Grill for more than 15 years. If this is the first time you are in the Lake Tahoe area, it is worth a visit to the Lone Eagle Grill as the views are stunning. We would recommend trying lunch, as the prices are not astronomical and better aligned with the food quality and service.... More

Our whole experience at the Lone Eagle Grill was wonderful-from start to finish. We were seated inside with an amazing view of the lake. Our server advised us if the specials and I let her know we were visiting from Houston to celebrate my husband's birthday. She recommended the mussels appetiser. We ordered this as well as the special (filet... More

I had the pleasure of dining here a couple nights in early March. The first night just with my wife. We were seated right on time by the fireplace after enjoying a drink in their amazing bar. My wife ordered the foie gras for her starter and I had the ahi poke. Both were outstanding. For our entrees she had... More
