What a magnificent experience! My wife and I chose to have dinner here on the first day of our week-long stay at Tahoe. We were staying in Olympic Village, CA, and enjoyed driving to Incline Village late Sunday afternoon for our dinner. We had enjoyed lunch here on a visit to Tahoe several years ago and were looking forward to... More

I understand that when you operate a restaurant in a resort location, there may be limitations in terms of finding qualified staff. And that really shows in this place. The food is okay but nothing to write home about. The service is subpar. However, it is in a spectacular location and the views of Lake Tahoe are amazing. Which of... More

I love to visit here when I am in the area. The room has lots of wood, high ceilings, a great rock fireplace and a huge window overlooking the deck, beach, Lake Tahoe and the mountains. Indoor seating is at a long wooden bar and at tables, there are tables and cushioned seats outside on deck, too. Lone Eagle often... More

We had a business dinner on Sunday night. Promptly seated with fairly good service. Good selection of wines. I had Caesar salad and pork chop - both were excellent

The headline says it all. From the wine to the very fresh salad to the awesome meal, every bring was great. But the view overshadows it all. Just stunning!

My wife and I went there for lunch and enjoyed everything about the place. I want to give a shout to our two servers Debbie and Denice. They are a great team and make you feel like you are the only one in the place, which was full. I had a grilled cheese sandwich with finely cut braised shot rib... More

Great food, service, and views. We ate there 3 nights of our 7 night vacation. The wine Sommelier made great recommendations. There was also great live music in the bar some nights.

As a local of Incline Village we try and go to local restaurants. Last weekend was one of those weekends. Trying to sit on the patio in the late afternoon at the Lone Eagle Grille was a mistake. After waiting 20 minutes and not being served we walked out.

....And not so much about the food, unfortunately. This restaurant is pretty much the only place in Incline that allows you to dine right on the beach. For this reason alone, and for the music of it's long time musician, Luke Stevenson, it is always bustling. However, the food is old fashioned and the preparations are heavy and not very... More

This is a 5 star restaurant and the views can't be beat. Make sure to step outside during the sunset. It's a slice of heaven. There was 6 of us and we nearly ordered everything. The scallops were my favorite! Afterward we ordered an after dinner coffee and walked the beach. If I get back to the area I will... More
