We visited this restaurant on our way from Lake Tahoe to Reno for Sunday lunch. The place was pretty vacant and we were seated immediately. As a party of 3 we ordered Vegetable curry that came with dal and rice, mixed veg Chow mein and Spicy curried Shrimp with rice. While the shrimp was very tasty, the vegetarian items were... More

This was my first experience here, and the chicken rice noodle pho I ordered was just delicious. Very fresh ingredients. There aren't too many good Asian restaurants in IV so this was a welcome treat. The interior is SO SHODDY, that it really detracts from the food. The booth seats were ripped up and nasty looking. Service was okay, although... More

The wait staff was working hard to stay on top of things, but still seemed a bit abrupt. The restaurant itself was freezing and some of our seats uncomfortable. My hubby was really unimpressed with his curry chicken. My two teen sons liked their food ok. The orange chicken was the big hit. My Mongolian beef was ok and was... More

This is an unpretentious but comfortable and clean place. The servers are very friendly with big smiles, and really care about your enjoyment of the food. I agree with Sara's review, the food for this vegetarian inclined diner was fabulous. I ate until I couldn't eat any more. We shared the hot and sour soup to start, and we two... More

I am always happy with my food here it is not notably special nor notably bad. I do however always leave happy and always come back. I read the reviews and people mentioned the service was poor, I wouldn't say this. I would say it is normal for Tahoe.

Food is only so-so. Don't expect anything good coming from their customer service. As an Incline local, the owner, Pasan Rupasinghe, refused to honor the "Monday 20% off IVGID card holder" that is advertised in the window after ringing up the bill incorrectly. Way to run a business in a small town that depends on local support....brilliant job!!

Plain and simple...mediocre food. Wait staff rude and very obvious in their desire to Not be bothered. The menu is lengthy, but description vague....overpriced fro what you are served.

They definitely have some of my favorites on the menu that I come back again and again for- like the Sri-Lankan soup. This place can also host big parties.

We were looking for a normal restaurant for lunch and we found this accidentally. The taste was very good. We tried several dishes and everything was good for a reasonable price. Service was also very good.

I ordered to go for us and it's been a while since our last visit but I'm glad we decided on this tonight! Orange chicken, Kung pao, and crab ragoons filled us up. Our ordered took 10 minutes and all was hot delicious and worth $30. We hope this place never goes away for us locals!
