It's pretty much exactly what you'd expect - a sports bar in a hotel with predictable food and plenty of TVs. We stayed at the Hyatt and ate at Cutthroats twice. The turkey club was meh, the french dip was fine, the nachos were huge and tasty, and chili was pretty good. There's a mix of people depending on what... More

We stayed at the Hyatt for 6 nights and ate here several times...All were good. I loved their tomato soup. The service was excellent and, for bar food, it hit the spot! Would definitely come here again.

There are lots of TVs. Service was slow, both waiting for the waitress to come by even though the place wasn't busy, and waiting for the food once we ordered. Chicken wings were good. Chopped salad not so much--big but not much worth eating. Grilled cheese bites with beef? Great. Probably everything that is deep fried or cheesy is fine.... More

We enjoy Cutthroat saloon. Great burgers, fish and chips, pizza, salads, nachos, etc. It can get loud, tv's with sports. The wait staff has always been great.

Great food inside the Hyatt. The atmosphere is exciting and the service good. Prices are ok and worth it.

Choices were decent. Most places including this one and others in the area seem to have a selection of hamburgers, salads, and pizza with a steak or fish basket. My husband got the nachos and said they were good. I had the pulled pork sliders. They were ok as well. We didn't order the pizza but it looked great. Typical... More

I was staying at Hyatt Regency and this restaurant was the only option in a late evening. Its not my taste, the pizza was large and good, but I dont like to be surrounded by noise televisions when eating. A bit overpriced.

Thank you for your review, Ramses. We’re glad the pizza was tasty and hope you’ll try us another time when the vibe at Cutthroat’s is a little more low-key. More
