Excellent food and service. What sets Overland apart from other places is the freshness of the food and the unique menu items. Nice patio to eat when the weather permits.

Try the wild boar. Also the Tahoe Vodka Mojito...Yummm... Service was great. Prices were average. Nice atmosphere in an old brick building.

Good bar selection and deal on happy hour. Chicken wings were delicious and were the fried cheese curds. My guest had the burger and it was outstanding!

Excellent Basque entrees, However, when a celebration is in process, the happy crowd gets noisy. There is a restaurant and separate bar that help reduce the happy level.

We went for lunch after the re-opening of the Overland. I was underwhelmed by the menu. We tried the lamb meatballs. They were only warm and so-so. I had a grilled cheese sandwich. I was very disappointed that the bread was not golden and crispy. There is not much to remind anyone that this once was a thriving Basque Restaurant.... More

Reasonably priced quality food in a nice atmosphere. The ingredients seem to be very fresh and locally sourced.

We found this by accident on a Sunday night as we were looking for a place to eat our first night in the area. We thought the food was very good. My husband had New Zealand lamb that he greatly enjoyed. I had delicious bison burger. Nice wine by the glass selections. It was just right for us.

We have given this place three tries, our maximum, and they failed each and every time. Badly. This review is for the new menu/chef, which is the only reason they even got a third try. It was a Thursday, a Thirsty Thursday, my mistake. It was all about the booze. Everyone was hammered, perhaps even the "manager". Seemed confused that... More

Ordered the BLTA for lunch and was disappointed. The bread was greasy and the bacon was too tough to chew. The sweet potato fries were good. Wishing I had better things to say about the Overland because the atmosphere is great, but the food is sub par.

This dining experience was less than stellar. It is under new management and just rebuilt and refurbished. The staff assured us that the menu would improve over time. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The current emphasis seems to be on the two bars which were quite busy. The menu was sparse but the food was very good. It... More
