We've been visiting Villa Basque Deli for nearly 15 years and it shows in the service. We are always greeted with a smile followed by a cup of coffee and an iced tea. Unfortunately, my husband and I are creatures of habit...when we like something, we stick with it but that hasn't kept us from exploring the menu too. You... More

The food is a combination of mexican and Basque. But what is special is Pete's Chorizo. Worth the stop just to have it. Only open for breakfast and lunch.

Oh hell yeah! Besides everything else, I loved the potatoes and gravy. The chorizo is legendary. The tamales are authentic. Fresh squeezed OJ.

The savory flavors served for my first breakfast was so good I returned the next day for another! I was about to order the same because it was so good (chicken tamale, chorizo topped with eggs over easy and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice) until I saw the 3 egg omelette with chorizo and ham AND basque sauce!!!!!!! OMG! Since arriving... More

We stopped here on the way to the Reno airport. What a treat! From the warm welcome and big smile of the waiter to the incredible omelettes my husband and I experienced...this is a hidden gem that is worth the search. Being from Texas, we eat a lot of chorizo but nothing that ever was as tasty as this. Spanish... More

Cute little diner. Everything was neat and clean. Service was excellent. Must have been the owner. He really knows how to provide for every need and very attentive. He even brought us a sample of cooked chorizo on a bun. It was spectacular! Now the food we ordered. I had an Alfredo or Alfred omelet w chorizo and bacon. It... More

After hearing about Villa Basque for years from my father, I finally went this afternoon for lunch and am thrilled I did. Outside the basque region of Spain~into the US, it's pretty darn hard to find real Basque food- this is it. Quality- very good. The soup of the day- vegetables- was health and unique~ served in a big bowl.... More

Villa Basque Deli & Cafe has a country style ambiance to it. The host met us as we entered and invited us to sit wherever we please. The service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the huevos rancheros which was great. My friend ordered the homemade corned beef breakfast. Both were wonderful. Coffee was good and they were right there... More
