A great place for breakfast especially the Omelette with Linguica sausage. This garlicky Portuguese sausage has a unique flavour that really compliments the eggs and veggies in this dish. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the decor is so genuine 50's diner that you think you're back in Milwaukee.

We are from Colorado, but for the last year and a half I have been working on a project in Knoxville, TN. The food in Tenn is so horrible, that we don't eat out anymore. I have met many out of state people who agree with me on that. When you go on vacation, most hotels have their standard mediocre... More

Breakfast is good. My bacon was over cooked almost to burnt. Eggs were made correctly. House potatoes are different with green onions and tomatoes.

The only place I eat breakfast in town. They do not accept credit cards, so bring your cash. There is an ATM near by and a bank across the street. Do NOT let that stop you from eating here. Original owner has been running the place for over 30 years now. Very well know and visited by locals.

This is a great place to bring the family for breakfast and lunch. The food is delicious, great service, good coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice.

My husband and I stopped in for brunch on our way out of town. My husband had the chicken fried steak and said it was "the best he ever had" tender, most, great taste. I had the club sandwich which was great, the bacon had an amazing smokey taste. While the restaurant is small it is mighty! We will definitely... More

There is not better place in Carson City for breakfast than the Cracker Box. They are a small diner with large food! There daily specials are always a hit--Saturday is Corned Beef Has!.

I was recommended to this restaurant from a former "regular." It definitely wasn't a disappointment. The orange juice is freshly made for you and the food is amazing. Don't forget to take cash, though. They don't accept cards
