We chose to dine out on the patio. Our server showed up quickly and recommended a beer. I ordered the Grilled Salmon on mashed potatoes (a special) and my friend ordered chicken kabob with mango salsa. We were both happy with our meals and I'd be happy to return on my next trip through Carson City.

The menu hasn't changed in years, the bbq is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic. They have 99 beers on tap, you can join the beer club!

A very busy atmosphere with lots of stuff to look at. Food is great and a little different then the mainstream. Tons of beers on tap. Outside seating. Fun place to meet friends, dinner with family or just hang out. Nice employees. A little pricy.

The service is ok some of the waitresses seem a little occupied and could pay more attention to the customers. I have been to RED's a few times and the food is always great.

A bit of everything can be had in this casual restaurant. It's a family place on weekends with juggler and magician. The Happy Hour is the best in the city. Service is good, food is good and the atmosphere is fun. This is where the locals hang out, so you know it's got to be more than OK.

My husband and I travel A LOT, whether it's for work or vacation. This time around, it is family vacation, just arriving in town to visit Virginia City, Nv. Staying in Carson City for the night, we stopped at Red's for dinner. It had three and a half stars on Yelp (but my husband didn't read the reviews). We order... More

They were out of several items on the menu. It took us more than 30 minutes to get our dinners. I thought the waitress went home it took so long to get our checks, which were all stacked together in one folder. Very very poor experience. The waitress mentioned that the manager had spoken to the kitchen crew on the... More

I went with my family for a late lunch on a Monday. I loved the decor, the atmosphere was cheerful without being too loud, the service was great, and the food was terrific. I had a steak salad, and the steak was cooked perfectly, tender, and plentiful. All of the food was fresh and cooked exactly as we ordered.

Visited Red's recently during a visit to Carson City. I used to go there often when working nearby but it's been several years. Wow are they good! Better than I remember. Be careful as you go in, your eyes will be drawn up to the antique wagons, fire engines, and other amazing items hanging from the ceiling. Then there are... More

The BBQ is pretty good and the portion sizes can be generous. There is a large beer selection. The cocktails however weren't very good. The atmosphere is pretty good though it can be a bit loud. Make sure to call ahead on Friday nights. I'd go back.

Thank Kevin K
