We eat at Mexican food places all across the country and this is one of the best. We live 100 miles from Scottsbluff and routinely drive down to eat there. If people dont like Rositas then im sure they are fans of taco bell! I love the combo plate but its very big and the chips and salsa are wonderful.... More

I'd give it a zero if I could, worst Mexican food I have ever had. Don't know what these other folks have had in regards to Mexican food or if they even know what good Mexican food is. Had a quesadilla, it was dry, no sour cream, guacamole or even pico de gallo came with it. The refried beans were... More

We always go to Rosita's when we are in Scottsbluff. The food is very good, especially the fried chips. They are unique. Some travelers complain they have to pay for the chips, but there are definitely worth it.

Food was prepared fresh and was delicious. I recommend the guacamole. Chips are homemade and excellent. Excellent sauce as well.

The experience at first was great! The food was great! We got up to go pay and we had 2 orders on 1 ticket, thinking it would be no big deal to split it out.. It became a big hassle for the waitress and she got very rude very quick. I paid for my portion and when it came to... More

If you happen to find yourself in Scottsbluff, you need to stop in at Rosita's! My husband is from Scottsbluff and recommended my family to dine there. I highly suggest the Ponchos. I believe they're on the appetizer menu, but I ate them as my meal. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable.

Rositas is a nice, more traditional satyle of Maxican restaurant when compared to the plethora of fried taco places that exist here. Good fajitas, and I love their chili rellenos. The panchos are home-fried tortilla chips topped with all kinds of goodness and can honestly be a meal by themselves (which is usually what at least one of my family... More

Rosita's is our go to Mexican restaurant for the last 27 years when visiting family in the area. The homemade chips are fresh and a bit chewy covered in melted cheddar, a dollop of guacamole and a pickled jalapeño slice on top. Yum.

We sat on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed the service, the food and the laid back relaxing atmosphere. The homemade pico de gallo was excellent with the addition of avocados, chunky and flavorful without being overly spiced. We also had the black bean dip and the portion was perfect for our party of 3. We did not have a "full... More
