This COVID 19 shutdown has really brought out some very creative ways for restaurants to keep in business. At the T-Bird, the 'Fall-off-the-bone RIBS' call ahead to go, are a great example. Traditionally a great favorite for hand tossed wood-fired pizza, these folks have come...up with a nice treat for their 'Social Distancing Hours' ( Sat and Sun Noon to 7pm). The ribs really are fall of the bone and plenty meaty. The flavor is also unusual. Not quite BBQ and not spicy. Can almost taste the chili powder added to BBQ sauce but not given time to meld before being applied. Not really a well blended sweet-n-spicy' flavor.. but interesting. The coleslaw also is somewhat indescribable. Neither sweet nor spicy.... somewhat acidic and metallic... but also interesting. A little refinement to flavors would go a long way to making this OK food really irresistible.More

Wow, wood-fired pizza. We stopped in and enjoyed the Old World Deluxe European-style pizza. Great homemade crust, combined with fresh ingrediants. Don't forget the lemon pound cake for desert. This is our new place to eat out.

Do glad my friend recommended this place. We have driven by 100s of time and never realized what a gem we were missing. Homemade fettuccine and wood fired pizza are amazing. I definitely recommend stopping here to anyone traveling through Peeples Valley!

This is the place to go, if you you REALLY REALLY like a good antipasto plate. Their pizzas are done in a wood-fired brick oven. We really enjoy that it is a BYOB establishment

Looks are deceiving. On a rural road in Arizona, 2 cars on the lot and one is an old pink T-Bird. Nothing else for miles, so we stopped with kids. What a great place. The people were very friendly. The pizza was all handmade with...local ingredients. Perfectly baked in a wood fired brick oven. There was a good assortment of other foods and salads. The beer selection was limited, but we were with the kids.More

If you are driving on AZ State Road 89, by all means, stop in at this retro eatery in Peeples Valley. A pink T-Bird is parked outside. We started with a big mug of latte, hot chocolate, and fresh bbq wings. Then we enthusiastically scarfed...down our Maui Wowie Hawaiian and Big Al’s Deluxe American-style pizzas. The pizzas were fresh, bountiful, hand tossed, and lovingly baked in a vintage wood-fired oven. The house-made savory sausage was a welcomed taste treat. A shout out to our friendly server, Ember. Check out this slice of Americana. We will be back!More

Surprisingly good woodfired pizza with dining options of inside or outside. Leona, the friendliest restaurant cat I’ve ever met, greeted us then escorted us to the outside where she sat with us while we ate.

What a terrific surprise! Had a great BBQ chicken wood fired pizza with a lovely beautiful anti-pasta salad. You can bring your own wine. Lovely outdoor eating area. Good service
