Upon entering I had my phone out just to take picture of display bottle. Then put it down. A hostess or waitress was passing by and said hi. So did I. I just stood there waiting for them to ask if I needed to be...seated....Nothing. Then bartender lady from afar says hi. Then she speaks to hostess/waitress. At that point I just decided to leave. Very unfortunate as I am visiting from California and wanted to try to place. It was only me, party of one.More

Hello RLR326, I'm really sorry that none of our employees properly engaged with you the other evening upon your visit. We usually don't seat our guests when they come in. Guests typically like to do a bit of wondering about and exploring the grounds/facility when...More

My wife and I always make it a point to stop and eat at Pals when we are in North Platte. As always the food and beer is always spot on and delicious. I always look forward to the changing beer menu and the fabulous...service. This last trip we had the privilege of having Lisa as our waitress and she has a wonderful personality and was always attentive to our needs. She is a great asset to the Brewery. Once again thanks Pal's for a great dining experience and hope to visit again soon.More

Jalepeno popper pizza was great. Got the flavor of the jalapeños but not the heat. I liked it more than hubby. Hubby found the pineapple expression beer. Actually pretty good. Suggest trying it.

Wasn't a good experience. Not a busy time of day, the servers were more interested in looking at the phones than doing their job. It seems every server helps with every table and since no one server is responsible for a specific table, then no...one is responsible. Glad to get our pizza and leave.More

This is a great spot for pizza and good craft beer in a casual setting. Cornhole, horseshoes, sand volleyball and a lawn big enough to play catch will keep your kids busy, or keep adults off their feet. About five minutes from I-80 if you’re...en route to Colorado.More

In a time where you just suck it up and realize that most restaurants are shorthanded and have bad services ... it was awesome to stumble upon this gem on our 13 hour drive from Ames, IA to Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Crazy busy, but staff...was offering GREAT service. Menu was awesome - especially the Old Fashioned. The fact they were dog friendly was so important - Brewster received great treatment and attention as well.More

Great beer and food. Menu is keto friendly and a lot of beer selection. Worth the drive a little ways to the edge of the town. Would stop here again.

We stayed at the McNeil AirBnB. Free pints and food at Pal’s for staying at the AirBnB enticed us. So we tried Pals and we were not disappointed!! We got a succulent salad to split. It was a spinach salad with Craisans and walnuts topped...with balsamic dressing. It was very good and was presented well! We also ordered a hamburger/ pepperoni pizza. It has a cracker thin crust and a very tasty sauce. We loved it! My husband’s beer was a pale ale (Pal’s workshop lager) and he enjoyed it a lot for its smoothness. Lastly we splurged an a piece of triple chocolate cheesecake to split as well. It was similar to Godiva chocolate at The Cheesecake Factory in Omaha. Very well done!! Would definitely recommend sharing a piece as its dense and rich. An inexpensive dinner, not too heavy and just what we were wanting!!More

Leaving Chicago that morning, spending over 10 hours in the car, this was the perfect spot to grab a bite and a beer before crashing into our beds at the Hampton. Many thanks to Tripadvisor reviewers, your comments were spot on. Place was, "clean as...a whistle" as the saying goes, especially nice during a pandemic. Service was excellent, Jaden friendly and helpful, good luck finishing school. Food and drinks were delivered quickly, beer cold and salads and baked cheese curds delicious. Chatting with Abby was especially fun, sharing a bit of our heritages and philosophies, thanks, Abby! Although we won't be back for a year, this will definitely be our spot on our way from Chicago to Steamboat, and we will share with family and friends. Next time we will try the pizza! Happy Holidays and be safe, Nebraska!More

The last 2 or 3 times we have gone it’s like we are “cloaked” and they can’t see us standing right in front of them! Waiting, and waiting. Doesn’t matter if we are standing or sitting, front door or at the bar. Not impressed but...keep hoping it will change. Beer is great, food is great. They need to be more welcoming and attentive.More
