Solid good BBQ

This is one restaurant that is part of a small, good BBQ chain in southeastern Nebraska. They have good food, good service, and I assume good drinks but I've only been there for lunch. They have solid BBQ and good sauces.

We each had something different but all were excellent. The ribs, of course, were the expected fare but the roasted chicken was also excellent as was the brisket. The sauces were varied so there's something for everyone. For the sides--the Romano potatoes and the mashed potatoes were the best choices. The service was a little slow but not bad and... More

My husband had the prime rib special. Good size and excellent flavor. I had the two meat (rib tips and brisket). Very good also! Homemade cole slaw with Romano potatoes-yum! Corn bread muffins were awesome!

Parkers BBQ has some of the best smoked brisket. My husbands mushroom burger was equally good. They were very busy..EVERY table was occupied. .yet Britney delivered our food in a timely manner. She even stopped once to say we would have our food soon...& we did! A pleasure to end a delightful day I. Nebraska city.

My girlfriend and I were traveling through and stopped for a late lunch. The pork sandwich and sweet potato frys are delicious. The BBQ sauces they have are very good too! My only complaint is my glass wasnt kept full.

We've been to Parker's twice in Nebraska City. Since Ulbrick's closed, we've been looking for a new spot when we visit NE City. Parker's food has always been good. Yes, it is largely a copy of Famous Dave's. (The owner used to work at F. Dave's.) The food is consistently good. The one thing that has consistently been an issue... More

My wife and I were passing by Nebraska City and travelled off of I-29 for about 5 miles to Parker's. Well worth the side trip! We shared the BBQ Feast (see photo) for 2 and were 100% satisfied with the food, service and value for the money. $31.99 for nice size portions of brisket, ribs, chicken and pulled pork, along...
