We stopped in around 8:30 on a Friday night and were seated right away. Great food and great prices!

The smell of fresh baked bread make this a place worth visiting. Only visited for breakfast but it looks like it would be great anytime of day. Fresh bread is amazing and food to a high standard. Well worth dropping in for some very friendly service.

Bread & Cup is a go to date night restaurant. Small and intimate atmosphere with really good food and drink options. I always expect it to cost more than it does, well worth the trip every time. The porklandia at breakfast/brunch is delicious, good luck eating it all though.

I had corned beef hash that was wonderful. Large shredded pieces of meat with diced potatoes and 2 perfectly cooked eggs on top. My husband ordered sausage, eggs, potatoes and toast. He grew up on a farm in Nebraska and said this sausage reminded him of the fresh delicious sausage he had as a kid when they used to take... More

One of my favorite places for lunch or evening relaxation over wine, bread and cheese. Pulled pork sandwich with apple cream is a favorite, but I always order extra cream sauce! Good outdoor seating three seasons. Interior small but always smells great and translates into good food... Has its own bakery.

Everything at the Bread & Cup is homemade, from the huge cinnamon buns to the corn beef hash! the portions are large, so some dishes can easily be shared. The cinnamon buns are massive, probably could be shared between 2-3 people, maybe more. We had the corn beef hash with which was amazing! Bonus...they have a bar open in the... More

Simple food done in unique and delicious ways. My 10 year old fell in love with the corn beef hash. The biscuits and gravy was also fantastic. Pretty good service given the game day madness.

I have been here a few times, usually for breakfast or lunch. Locally owned, locally sourced food, excellent quality. Breakfast menu is simple, with very high quality. If you are so inclined, the cinnamon rolls are outstanding. I lean toward a simple 'large breakfast' of two eggs, bacon or sausage, diced potatoes, and wheat toast (with homemade apple butter). In... Loved the concept of this rustic yet simple and classic ambiance of a restaurant with a focus on fresh healthy ingredients. I ate here several times while visiting Lincoln on business, mostly because of vegetarian options, proximity to my hotel and good wine. However, their hours could be better, they are not open everyday and I was surprised that they... More

This is a charming place in a wonderful little mid-Western city that still does not understand food. Lincoln seems to be trying and Bread & Cup are trying hard, but my salad was, like every other salad in Lincoln, an un-inspired, tired version of the same salad. The ambiance was lovely and the service was nice, but the food was... More
