Come hungry and thirsty for generous, delicious portions of Mexican food. Well seasoned shredded beef enhances your enjoyment. House margarita is well above most offered at other establishments. Our meals arrived quickly and steaming hot. We asked for a couple of changes when we ordered and our requests were executed perfectly. Casual atmosphere. Attentive staff. Our first visit. We have been regulars at La Paz for over 20 years. This is simply the best Mexican Dining in Nebraska. I have never had a bad meal or experience, the staff are high quality across the board. They must have a great training program, because the service is always great.....no exceptions. There is a tv in the bar, but none... More

My family in Lincoln loves this place. I've now been there 4-5 times and I keep trying to like it, but I just can't. The food is nothing special. There are about 3 sauces that they put on everything and it all tastes the same. Even if you try something with different meats (chicken, pork or beef) the sauces make... More

Apparently there has been a change in cooks, owners or ??? What used to be typical American-Mexican has taken a step up during my long absence. The food now has great flavor and service has improvec. Seating has changed so tables are no longer in some kind of "pit@ in the center oart of the restaurant.

I went for dinner after a twenty year absence. It was about the same. So so food and the same decor. I was not impressed with the food and the service. Spend your money wisely.

La Paz catered food for my husbands birthday party. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Ordered sampler platter with chips, salsa, guacamole, and queso dip. Also cream cheese chicken enchiladas and beef and pork burritos with rice and beans. Came with plates, silverware, and spoons for serving. Price was very reasonable. What an outstanding place. Our go to place for catering or... More

This is simply an exquisite restaurant! It has food that tastes marvelous. I went there once with a friend and it was scrumptious. They have a fun and funky kids menu that anyone could enjoy!

I now live in Kansas City, MO, home to some amazing Mexican restaurants. La Paz is still my favorite ever. The food is consistently excellent, as are the Margaritas. The service is always smooth, no matter how busy they are. It is the One Place I always visit when I'm in Lincoln.
