Food was excellent — we got the vegetarian spring rolls, tofu pho and chicken pho, and it came quickly. We appreciated the service and friendliness of the staff.

Lunch on a weekday. What I liked: 1. Pleasant, quiet interior. Low music 2. Friendly, responsive staff 3. Plenty of free parking 4. Clean restroom 5. FABULOUS soup 6. Many other items on the menu besides soup What I didn’t like: 1. A little pricey....I bought the small bowl of pho for $13.95. I would not ordinarily pay that much for soup, but it’s so loaded with colorful meats, vegetables, and noodles that it’s really an entire meal. There has to be 6-8 cups of food in this bowl.More

of course the pho is 1st class - but the menu is vast & as mentioned below you'll want to start with the best rice paper wrapped spring roll in town - several uncommon asian beers on hand - while there are several favorites, like...the Bun - aka. combo vermicelli - crispy pork strips + shrimp on noodles, sprouts & minty greens - topped with a crunchy egg roll - yum! - experimenting with different menu offering is great at a large table- enjoy.More

My son wanted me to try this place. My daughter and granddaughter also joined us. We all had the Pho. We got medium bowls which were way too big for any of us to finish. I had the steak and meatball pho. It was very...tasty. I’ve never had this dish before and I’m not certain that I love it but it was good. Everyone finished most of the protein and we went home with lots of noodles and broth. I as not able to have the leftovers bc I left town but I’d certainly go back and I recommend giving it a try.More

We are in town for training and decided to try something different. I have my friend four restaurant choices and we landed at Pho Factory. She got a fried rice dish that she declared to be very good. I ordered the pho with five meats...and together we shared some spring rolls. I thought the spring rolls were a little better than average. My pho was really outstanding though. The aroma was amazing and then that first taste of broth was packed with flavor! The add ins were very fresh and plentiful. I love Pho and I eat it quite regularly all across the country. This was very near the top as far as favorite pho places. I might even be back tonight. It was that good! A modest and simple meal that makes my happy! The tripe and tendon were plentiful and all were cooked perfectly. Just delicious.More

Stopped in to eat on the way back to North Platte from Omaha. So glad that we decided to drive to Lincoln to eat. Looked up Thai food restaurants and this popped up. We enjoyed great food and relaxing atmosphere. Portions are large and we...had left overs to take home, Bonus!! If in the area stop in and give the food a try.More

This is our favorite pho restaurant in Lincoln. The food is delicious and the menu is growing to include more options for people who don't just want to eat pho.

I saw the Pho Factory on Trip Advisor and we tried it. Absolutely wonderful! Fresh fresh fresh! Had the grilled shrimp spring rolls which were wonderful! Also the seafood pho and pork noodles. Both were generous portions and my pho was in a lovely beef...broth full of shrimp calamari and fish. Really cheap, too! We would go back!More

We stopped in because we were looking for something lighter for lunch. My wife had a small Pho and I had a medium. We couldn't finish either one. They were very tasty but more than we anticipated. If we're in Lincoln again, we'd go back....There were other things I'd like to try, given how good the Pho was. Recommended.More

The friendly staff were prompt and thorough. We expected smaller portions. We ordered 3 helpings with spring rolls. The shrimp rolls were spicy from fresh herbs (mint, basil, maybe garlic). The two spicy soups were of complete different flavors. Both spectacular we had catfish in one...of them. I think shrimp may have been even better. Catfish does have bones so watch it carefully. The 3rd was fried rice which was not greasy and had splendid flavor. One of the soups had a salad with sprouts in it which was very fresh. I have never had better Asian food.More
